Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I cant believe I only just heard of this website this year! For $50, I got a small cat tree with two places to lay on it and three scratchers, two of those mechanical toys where the arm moves under the sheet, another mechanical ball and feather, and some cat nip filled toys. It got here super quick and the cats love it! I was shocked it was so inexpensive! I also got free shipping. The cat tree was able to be put together in minutes. And the cats LOVE the toys. I still cant get over the cost. I wish there were sites like this for everything in life. But for now, I'll settle for having happy kitties and money in the bank. I will for sure be reordering more items for them (as I currently have 3 cats, yikes!)

Amazing employees, prices and customer experience!

Absolutely blown away by their customer service. FedEx had a delay in shipping and didn't delivery my dog's food from Chewy on time. When I called the number Chewy provided, a LIVE person immediately picked up and provided a credit to my account so I could buy more dog food in the meantime! The mistake was NOT Chewy's fault (it was FedEx's fault), and yet they extended a credit, saying they wanted to make sure my baby didn't go hungry. What a kind and above-and-beyond thing to do! I love this company. (Side Note: We also got an adorable holiday card that was handwritten from them).

Nobody can beat they're customer service. Top notch , quick and actually pet themed humorous. Great selections and prices.

Wow, I find Chewy.com almost unbelievable in their customer service. Friendly, quick, efficient, amazing, and charming enough to make me feel like a super duper pet owner even when I'm returning an item due to my own mistake. Honestly, in all the times I have had to call, which has only been because of an error on my end, they kinda just make me feel good. Lol. Wish society was more like this company. Thumbs up guys. Keep up the feels. I'm happy to be a customer.

Chewy customer service is nice. However be aware the company puts a hold on your money when you place the order. Then when your order ships it takes money put again. The hold takes days to release. I believe this must be illegal!

I've been a customer for a few years. Every product I've bought from Chewy has been of highest quality. And my orders take only 2 days. And if there are any problems, Customer Service, even in the middle of night, someone is happy help.

I love Chewy.com. Great customer service, free shipping, excellent way to handle prescriptions. When our senior rescue died this year after I had just bought a huge, expensive bag of food, I contacted them to return it. They credited my account and said to just donate it to a shelter! How wonderful. I'm a Chewy.com fan for life!
