Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

This company is truly awesome and their compassion should NOT go unnoticed! Their shipments always come as quickly as possible, within a day or two. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and they know the true definition of amazing customer service! I had ordered 12 cans of DogSure last Wednesday for my fur child just shy of 12 years, who was very sick. Unfortunately, I only used about 2.5 cans, as I had to make the painful decision to put her to sleep only 5 days later. I contacted them to see if they would consider accepting the remaining cans back..Their response was very caring, they offered their deepest condolences, and even refunded me the full amount of the order. Also, they suggested to donate them to a local shelter which was a GREAT idea!!! This company deserves nothing less than excellence! THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart!!!

They’re awful! Customer service sucks! They don’t hold them self accountable. Messed up my dogs auto shop several times. She has bad allergies so i can’t just buy her food anywhere. So she would literally go with out. I would beg them to over night my food. And nope! They didn’t care! Just disgusting! I wrote a review on their site and they disabled my account! So of course you can’t see real reviews on their site then! Just find somewhere else to go. Don’t deal with this place. I promise you will get frustrated at one point or another with them. Run! Run now!

I am always happy with how quickly Chewy.com ships, making it super convenient for me to stay stocked up. I recently received a shipment in less than stellar condition and within days I had a replacement. I am blown away by the customer service and how fast the response time is. Definitely will be continuing to use Chewy!!

I have used Chewy.com for a long time and have always been amazed at the customer service. On the rare occasion that I had to call, they went far beyond anything I have ever experienced before. A couple of weeks ago I lost my dearest and most loyal friend. I called Chewy to ask them to please pause sending me advertising due to what had occurred but that when Sasha 4 arrived I would most certainly be calling them back. They were very understanding and I could hear the concern in the voice of the rep.. This morning I received a beautiful (not cheap) floral arrangement with a condolence card attached from the rep. I had spoken to. I can't tell you how much it meant to me that a company of this size cares this much about not just my pet, but me..They have made a customer for life. Thanks Chewy.

My sisters dog just passed and she had just got a order of his food, she called and they told her to forget her bill and donate the food to an animal shelter, then a couple days later there was a knock on her door and chewy sent her a vase with flowers and a condolence card WOW I am so impressed, Chewy you are great.

I have several dog medicines on auto refill (autoship) on Chewy.com. Two days before they process each order, you get an email asking if you want to adjust the shipment. Unfortunately, this doesn't pull the products that you are purchasing at that time. Two days later, on two separate occasions, I was informed that the product was now on backorder (Senilife) once and Vetmedin on another occasion. What good is auto ship if they don't pull your order when they email you that it is about to ship out? Useless process and waste of time.

Hands down THE BEST

The Best!!! Company ever!!! All your Pets needs and they deliver, Great!!! Customer service friendly and knowledgeable, and the return policy is terrific, if item doesn’t work for any reasons. I highly recommend Chewy to all pet owners and put your pets food on auto delivery and no more trips to the pet store. David Cohen
