We’ve been using chewy for about 2 years, and highly recommend this wonderful company ! Great service, fast shipping, and great prices make buying pet supplies , and food very easy. But the reason we were compelled to write a review was the compassion they showed us for the loss of our beloved golden retriever Mia. We had just received a shipment at the time of her passing, so my husband called to see if they took returns. They offered their sincerest condolences , and told us not to worry they would credit our account , and that we should donate the items we received . To our surprise a few days later they sent us the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, with a caring and heartfelt note ! This kind gesture at this very sad time meant the world to us, and we want to give a sincere thank you to Chewy for going above and beyond at this difficult time in our lives!

Chewy is the best way to purchase all your pet food, supplies and medicine. Great price, awesome customer service and delivery is fast. Website is very user friendly, can't say enough about chewy.com.

Ordered two products, one from the store and one from the pharmacy. Got charged $46.36 for the order. Once the order from the store was shipped I got another charge for $19.05. Called and they told me that the $46.36 will drop off of my account within 24 hours after the second part of my order shipped (Pharmacy). Ordered on 5/31/19. Got the first shipment on 6/2/19 and now the final shipment on 6/5/19 and got another pending charge of $27.31 on my account. So now I have 3 charges on my account totaling $92.72 instead of $46.36 and was told that it will drop off in another 24-48 hours and if I get any NFS charges from my bank they will cover them. There is NOTHING I can do to get that removed from my account. Completely useless, NEVER will I order from them again!

Chewy is always super fast on shipping. I always get my products delivered in 1 to 3 days. The customer service is beyond exceptional. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly and professionally. Any item I've been unhappy with was always refunded, no questions asked. I've even asked them to please not refund me on items !

I started ordering for my daughter's dog a couple of years ago to help her out when she moved away. After that sweet pup passed, i hadn't ordered in nearly a year. My boyfriend and I are now without kids or pets in the house. This past December, we decided to foster an older pup by the name of Titus so that he wouldn't be in a shelter for the holidays. We quickly fell in love with him and decided to adopt. We ordered his food and other supplies from Chewy. It was easy and quick. we would always get delivery within a day or 2. Last week, we had to have him put down. It was devastating. I had just ordered more dog food and a car harness for him. I called to return it. They gave me full credit and said that we should donate my order to a shelter in Titus' name. :-( and if that wasn't enough, we received sympathy flowers with the sweetest note signed Kaile at Chewy. I couldn't believe it. These people get it. They know that our animals are our family and how much it hurts to see them pass. I will always be a Chewy fan. Kudos to the people who know what customer service is. Thank you!!!

Chewy is the BEST on-line companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with - I ordered dog food for years, they even out of the blue, sent me an incredible oil painting of Gus - that I proudly display on my buffet for everyone to see!!! Now, I am ordering kitty food and products. They are competitively priced, and customer service and product selection is 110percent! Love them so much - and enjoyable experience. THANK YOU!!!!!

I placed an order for nexguard and sent in the prescription for my two dogs. They changed my order and did not send me what was ordered. Will NEVER use them again! Customer service was of no help. Young kids who don’t really care. Never again. You lost a customer for life
