Very fast shipping I iorder it yesterday an got it today from Ocala Florida eventually 20 minutes away from me

I order both dog food and bird food from chewy.com. The bird food I order comes in a white plastic tub and it bust open sometimes during delivery. Chewy always replaces it quickly. This is the best and most customer friendly company! I won’t buy from anyone else, I love this company!!!

Chewy.com Love them! After ordering about 8 items at 2:45pm on Thursday, I received them at 8:15am the next morning!!!!! All with free shipping.

I have been a customer of Chewy's for a few years and they are an amazing company! Today I recieved a hand-painted portrait of my dog that they sent just for being a customer! It was amazing and such a nice gesture. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I love chewy .com for pets, i had a couple of issues at times of products delivered that were damaged and they promptly got new products delivered to me the next day. they do care about their customers, service is A1 in my book. Will stick with them for all my cats needs!!

Chewy.com has changed from what it started out to be. I heard another company brought them. Too bad as I've heard so many good things about the original company. Now they are into false advertising. I've seen multiple large ads saying that with your first order you can get free shipping and a significant discount. It sounds like this is a deal one gets to encourage that first order so one can try it out without risking so much money. However, when I attempted to order, the free shipping was only for purchases over a certain (high) amount. The discount was only if one signs up for autoship. Both applies to the first order and every order. Nothing to do with first order. It was just to lure in the unsuspecting and the innocent. I contacted the company and got a host of garbage remarks in return. I guess they were thinking they were dealing with someone as foolish as they are. It really let me know that they cannot be trusted. BTW, they did offer me a small discount when I wrote to them, but if I had taken it, it would have still been dealing with a company that can't be trusted. They continue to run those mis-leading ads.

I love the convenience of buying my pets needs from my mobile phone and getting it delivered to my door steps. But my only complaint with Chewy is that for someone that buys from you 2 times a month sometimes 3 times a month, I should get some discount coupons every once in a while. I do get some offers via email but it’s only and always for Pharmacy items, which I never buy! So it’ll be nice to get some coupons every so often!

Love Chewy and their pharmacy. They have the best prices I’ve found on pet insulin and prescription dog food. They also do not charge shipping, even cold shipping, for refrigerated products (saved me $20 from other sites!). And when our dog passed away they sent flowers and a card. They were also very pleasant when we had to call customer service and I was amazed we got a human being and not robots or automated services.
