I LOVE chewy.com! You get an ONSHORE American who speaks clear English on the FIRST ring. I accidentally ordered cat food instead if dog food and the rep who helped me took care of everything for me. I didn't even have to pay for shipping to send it back. Chewy.com is the BEST!

The 800# has a rep pick up the line, instead of having to push a million options to get help and a live person vs. automated system. I can’t stress enough how much I absolutely LOVE that. Their polite, helpful, and quick in resolving any issue. The prices are great and the buyer reviews are so helpful! Thank You Chewy.com!

So I bought a harness and lead for my kitten a couple months ago. I’ve been using it and love it. A few days ago though, I received a postcard in the mail from Chewy and they wrote saying welcome to Chewy and hoped that the harness and lead were working well for me. It’s a handwritten postcard not typed or anything. I just can’t get over how nice they are! Their customer service is amazing. I’ve never had another company be so personable before!!! Really enjoyed my experience with them!

I change my auto ship date so my dog food wouldn't be sitting around until my dog was done with her previous bag.I change my shipping address then it was being ship to the wrong address they then re-route it too the correct address and it so happenes it would be delivered on Friday. No delivery called and told me it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. I cancelled the order and to my dismay it was delivered on a Monday.

We have 3 Shelties and on occasion foster. I just learned that Blue Buffalo has a history of making dogs sick after prolonged use. It causes diarrhea and vomiting. I have two very sick dogs with these symptions. I have been using this food for several years and 9 months auto ship with Chewy. Why didn't Chewy pull this food as some stores have done. They dont care as long as they sell a product.

They have THE best customer service and always the cheapest options and deals for anything you could want for your dog! Thank you Chewy for always being so helpful!

Up until Chewy moved away from FedEx for delivery, and onto OnTrac their service was great. I often received orders earlier than expected. Now with OnTrac the delivery has been inexplicably delayed for 2 days; and this is a special vet prescribed cat food. While perhaps not the company’s direct fault, they are the ones contracting new delivery service. This simply will not do, and I will need to abandon Chewy in favor of a reliable company moving forward.
