This company is amazing! Very quick responses to email and it's an actual person responding. My Freddie (13) passed away last week and I had just received a case of special prescription dog food the week before and didn't know what to do with. Samantha P. responded at 1:10pm after I had just sent email at 12:41pm and she went ahead and credited my Visa and asked me to donate to a locate vet, rescue, etc. in Freddie's name. Her message and wording was so very real and special. This special digestive food was so much cheaper on Chewy.com. Thank you for all your help with my previous orders for my Freddie!

The dog/ cat food service is exceptional!! As is the customer service in Florida but the prescription is life threatening to your pet!!!! If you need meds within a week do t use them. I figured as dog food ships fast medication would too but my dog will miss prescribed dosage even tho I called a week ago! Again its not Florida office fault but people should be advised NOT to order necessary meds unless routine with a month notice

I've been using Chewy for years for my 2 dogs and cat. There is none better! Customer service is exceptional, as are the prices, and delivery is always prompt. Even if Amazon matched their prices, I'd still give Chewy my business.

I LOVE CHEWY! FedEx LOST my package very important medication for my beloved dog. Richard was my representative. He was absolutely amazing. He was personally in upset that FedEx lost my package. He made multiple calls and got medicine sent out to me within a few days. I will never shop anywhere else but chewy for my pups needs.

Chewy is an absolutely awesome company. I've order many times from them in the past two years, especially with my dog needing a lot of specialized products due to her health conditions. They always treat me with courtesy and, when I recently had to return something, they were absolutely awesome about it and it was an extremely happy experience.

We begin over a year ago just random orders of dog food. After pricing the same dog food at local stores, we decided it would be advantageous to enroll in their autoship. We can't express how pleased we are with their service. At times we need a delivery earlier than the autoship date. Their website is so easy to maneuver. We ordered a shipment on 8/14 and we received it 8/15. We don't know of any other company that provides better service!

I absolutely love Chewy. The items always arrive within 1 - 2 days and have always been the correct products. I recently purchased a dog pen for a stray I was going to keep. After a few days the dog started biting so I had to give him to a shelter. Chewy refunded me for the pen and told me to donate it to a local shelter or charity. That was so awesome of them. I donated it to a local shelter who were very grateful.
