I would like to say that Chewy is the best customer service ever! I had a senior cat an was ordering special food which was expensive. When my cat passed away I called Chewy to get a refund on the unopened product. After speaking with the representative they refunded my last two shipments which totaled over 100.00 dollars and told me not to ship it back but to donate it to a shelter which I did. I don't have any more pets but I won't ever forget the kindness that was shown to me at a very difficult time. Keep up the good work guys!❤️

I absolutely love Chewy.com!!! They have the best prices and selection of pet products online. They have everything I need for my pets, and even items I didn't think of buying before. It's so easy to search and navigate their site, plus they have deals everyday that you can't get anywhere else. Usually, I'm old fashoined and prefer to shop in-store for everything, but chewy.com is my new go-to for all my pet needs!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . I placed an order for cat food and not only did I not receive the order but they refused to give me a refund instead they told me to call my police department and report the package stolen . How can someone report that something was stolen if I never seen the package? why would I do their job for them ! So I did decide to call my local police department and I was told that I cannot report something that I did not see at all. The person should be reporting something missing is the person who actually seen the package . But of course chewy doesn’t care they took my money and I got no items and no refund . That’s how much they care !!! Never again will I ever use them.

Truly the best company I have ever had experience with. I made a mistake and did not change my food selection timely and was stuck with food my dog wouldn’t eat. They not only refunded my money but asked that I donate the food to a shelter. Fabulous. They also sent me a sympathy card along with gorgeous flowers when I lost one of my fur babies. Absolutely wonderful company.

Have been ordering from Chewy for a couple of years with no issues. My last order was for over $50 on September 3 which should have been here by the 5th but was told today that I won’t receive until the10th. This is not the promised ship time
