Site sucks since they don't even offer pig ears. Are you effing kidding me?

I have placed 2 large orders with Chewy. Both times my items were packed so tight it broke open my Pupcorns. The lids were ruined and the Pupcorns were spilled all over inside the box. I won't be placing another order. I have ordered the same items from another site and NEVER had my items packed so tight that it broke things open.

I was helped immediately as soon as the phone rang. No automated message, just a friendly voice. Mark helped me with a dog bed for my dog-sized cat, Fluffy. He was incredibly helpful as he set up my account and added me to a restock mailing list. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do all that but he did. Thank you so much for such a fast and friendly experience Mark!

Chewy advertises fast 1-2 day free shipping on orders over $49. Not so true took a week to receive dog food. If I would have known it was going to take this long i would have shopped somewhere else.

Super fast turnaround but it seems they are more focused on poor health quality products these days than before. I make my kitties food and only feed them healthy treats so chewy is losing much of my business.

I always get my products quickly (and I live in a rural area) and at a reasonable if not better, price. When my beloved cat passed away, I had to stop a shipment of her special food. They not only credited me back, but told me to just keep the product and donate it. I was able to give the food to a limited income elderly customer at the vet for his diabetic cat. They even sent me a plant with their condolences. I mean who does that anymore? I LOVE chewy.com. (It's not fair to blame them for Fed Ex's lack of service btw as per other review).

as long as chewy .com uses fed ex delivery i will not shop with them. they advertise 1-2 day shipping, which happens, but delivery is horrible. the first time i ordered, my delivery was postponed nearly a week by fed ex,when i finally got my package it looked as if it had been kicked around the parking lot. smh. i put off my autoship for months after this. but tried it again last week october 3 2019. yes it was shipped in 1 day. delivery however ,by fed ex, has been a problem again. my delivery was put off from oct 4 to oct 5 ,then til oct 7 . smh. after complaining to chewy customer service,they resent the package. same thing happened. unless the find better delivery service i will not be a customer.

I had a training for a little more than a month and the receiver stopped working, so I called Customer service and the rep. was very nice and said he will send a replacement. well the next day it came. no charge and free shipping. When they say 100% Customer satisfaction they mean it . Thank you Chewy . Jacob Simmons.
