I have been using Chewy.com for several years for my dog's special diet food and heartworm medication. Chewy was more economically priced than the vet's office. They took care of obtaining the prescriptions and autoship delivered ontime each order without any difficulty. Our sweet dog is no longer with us after many happy years. Since an order had just arrived, I contacted Chewy about returning it. My account was credited and I was told to donate the UNOPENED bag of food to a shelter. Who does that?? This kind gesture helped make a sad situation a little easier.

I recently tried to change my "now" senior cats to a different formula (same brand) that I thought would help with their overall health. Instead, my extremely spoiled fur babies just didn't take to it. They ate it, but it didn't digest well with their systems, and I've been waking up to little surprises most mornings. I gave it a few months (even with a gradual mixing of their old type with the new), but I'm giving up and going back to their old formula. I have 2 unopened bags left from my Chewy autoships, and inquired about returning them. Not thinking that it would ever be possible. So imagine my surprise when I contacted Chewy and they refunded the cost (plus shipping) for both unused bags, and then suggested I donate the unused portions to an animal shelter. WHO DOES THAT?????? Well - Chewy does. I'm a life-long fan - thank you!!!

I love using chewy. I use chewy to buy my dog toys, treats, supplements, and beds. I have a Bluetick Coonhound and a Doberman. The toys I buy from chewy have held up and I feel like I did not waste my money. I also bought bones which they love. I saw a sale for some oil to give for their skin and thought it was worth a shot, and I am not disappointed! The customer service is amazing. I had a problem with an order and they responded to my email within the hour with a solution!

I can’t say enough great things about this company and the customer service. You call, and someone actually picks up the phone. Not after 15 minutes pushin buttons on their automated system, right away. They also refunded a food that my dog didn’t like even after I let it sit around for months because my dog wouldn’t eat it. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of sending it back! Plus when I placed the original order they had it on my porch the next day I couldn’t believe it! Then a few days later I got a postcard thanking me for my business! So awesome! Slam dunk, they will profit from this dog lover for sure!

Chewy deserves 10 stars. Hands down, they are one of the best - if not THE BEST - companies out there. Outstanding customer service. Real people. An easy to navigate website. Did I say REAL PEOPLE who are obviously animal lovers themselves. This company is the best! Thank you.

I ordered my dog food from Chewy.com. I asked to return my order as our sweet girl passed away. They refunded my credit card and asked me to donate my dog food to a local rescue! Which I did, Lucky Dawg Rescue! Thank you chewy for your generosity and kindness!

Chewy delivery’s have been better in the past it took 4 days to get package buy I part plane Fedex they truly suck always an issue with them they leave packages wherever the f... they want !!!!
