I LOVE this company! Every time I have placed an order, it is correct and is at my door within 48 hours; sometimes (like this last order) 24 hours! I price other dog supplies elsewhere, but Chewy is cheaper in cost for almost everything. Thanks for your GREAT service Chewy!

Consistent and reliable. Arrives reasonably fast. I've received some damaged items but returns and exchanges are always efficient and smooth. I've always had a good experience with the customer care team; they are able to resolve any issues that I have with an order in a matter of minutes.

We were ordering from chewy.com and the prices slowly started creeping up. This month I was charged $91 for 10 3 packs of dog food. There was no bill in the box. 4 times the amount it should have been. I had the Flu and missed it until my credit card statement came in. I will never order from them again.

Super service and fast!! I mentioned to them that 2 of my tubs of Tidy Cat had opened during shipping and unbeknown to me they sent two complementary tubs. Thanks as always, Chewy!!

I order all of my food (auto-shipped) and most medications from Chewy and have had nothing but great experiences. Shipping is ridiculously fast, prices are great and the product selection is very good as well. I've been using Chewy for 5+ years now and have nothing but good things to say.
