I had an issue with a recent delivery where FedEx left several packages out in the rain. I reached out to Chewy and was genuinely blown away by the level of service. They responded immediately, handled everything without hesitation, processed replacements, issued a partial refund, and even filed a complaint with the carrier on my behalf. Customer service like this is incredibly rare these days. Chewy truly stands behind their customers, and it shows. I’m now an even bigger fan. Highly recommended.

Honestly, this company is the most thoughtful and amazing company to buy from. Any problem I’ve ever had, they solved it immediately and were so sweet when my beloved, Amaya, passed away… they refunded my recent orders for her and today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a thoughtful and sweet note from chewy… I don’t understand why they have a 3.5 rating here, but I’ve been a customer for over a decade and they have truly gone above and beyond for every issue I’ve ever had and I can’t thank them enough for their support and the beautiful gesture they just gave our little girl Amaya. Thank you SO MUCH! You truly have customers for life with me and my whole family. I appreciate you ALL and your tremendous service and thoughtfulness!!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!! You made my day and it brought tears to my eyes how much you actually care about our little one’s passing.

Chew is beyond excellent. Not only do they have great prices and sales, and easy auto delivery system. They also have the best hands down customer service. I once ordered the wrong dog food (huge bag), and they sent me a new bag free of charge and I donated the bag I wasn't gonna use. The main reason I am writing this review is because of what Chewy did when I lost my soul dog, Lily. When I got my mail on Dec 1, 2025, there was a package from Chewy. I thought that maybe I forgot to cancel my auto renew. So I opened the box, on top there was a card, under that a velvet bag. So I read the card, and it was a sympathy card for Lily, and in the velvet bag (with a rainbow on it) was a hand painted (big)rock with Lily's name with lily flowers around it. WOW! It means so much to me for Lily to be remembered, and not one of my friends thought to do so, but a company, who I don't know personally, thought to. I will always recommend Chewy, and try to purchase from them as often as I can.

2 orders on same day. One new and one Autoship. Got one order , new one, next day and other took 4 days longer. Why? Have been a customer for many years. Really this is the first time so disappointed. I did complain twice. They gave me 10 off order which I think is 61.99

Chewy has been one of the best sites I’ve used for my pets. The products they sell have been great from price to quality. They have been really great about communicating when my orders have shipped and when they have arrived at my home. They have also contacted me when there was an issue with my order and were very quick to send me a replacement. In addition to this I just updated my account to remove one of my pets because he passed away this year and I received a beautiful package from the Chewy team. It was a very sweet and thoughtful card and a beautifully decorated rock with my pets name on it. It was very thoughtful. Chewy is a very large company and can simply forget about you and your pets and we wouldn’t even have thought anything about it but the fact that this large company took the time to make a gesture of condolences to me for my pets and it was personalized really made me appreciate them so much more. This is truly the way to show the people who patronize your business that you care.

I received my order as usual with some extra items. The order contained my 40 lb box of litter, my usual cat food and a box of Feliway cat Feramon defuser refills. The box was handle incorrectly by the delivery guy and the box of diffuser was crushed. The bottles looked OK but since they were used in a plug in I was hesitant to use them. I called Chewy and they sent me a new box. No trouble at all. They always are quick to respond to any questions I may have. After 8 years using Chewy I have no plans to every order my cat supplies from any other online company

I will not shop here again until they drop OnTrac as a delivery carrier. The most useless delivery carrier in existence. What's the point when the packages NEVER show up to the right address? Just look at their reviews... it isn't just me

Initially I was very impressed with Chewy Canada. I thought they had good prices and a great selection. However, I ordered 3 cases of cat food from them and it wasn't until my cat refused to eat it (totally unlike her), that I decided to take a closer look only to find that 2 of the 3 cases of food was expired when I received it. This meant I could not even donate the food to a shelter. Needless to say, unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Chewy in the future.
