I order the white bucket of duck heads, 25-30 count. What arrived was 25 ct in plastic bags. Communicating with online chat x 2, they both stated they do not offer duck heads in white buckets, but they clearly do. Their denial is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT‼️ THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, SO THE BUCKET WAS CLEARLY NEEDED; I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CHEWY. C OM AGAIN‼️

Don't bother trying their "Connect To a Vet" option. You'll only be connected to a supposedly certified veterinarian assistant who will simply ask you a million questions and then try to sell you multiple products off their website. You will never be connected to a veterinarian and they can't prescribe medications anyway. Total waste of an hour today!

I’m getting $20 off coupons in the mail, but Chewy will not honor the code claiming the coupon codes are only ‘Welcome Back’ offers for long lost prior customers. Doesn’t say that on the coupons $20 off should mean $20 off.

Blocked my account claiming I committed a fraud. When I called them, I was told their team would contact me, either by email or by phone, which they never did! They then stated they attempted to do so, but since they were “unable to complete the required verification process,” my account has to remain deactivated. Spare me from your lies!

I use their autoship program for our regular pet supplies and love it. Recently I purchased something that my cat did not care for and when i called thie customer service line, I spoke with a human who immediately refunded my money and asked that i donate the product to an animal shelter rather than return it. Stellar!

I will say that I have always received products from Chewy in a timely manner with no issues. What bothers me most, as an ambassador for companies that sell their products through Chewy, they ask to leave reviews on their products. When I leave a review, 9 out of 10 times, my review is not on there! There are some missions that are on a "timed" bases and when I can not find my review to screenshot it and submit it for my reward, I am not happy and it shows the company that asked for a review that I am not a true ambassador and I am out of missions to do because I don't meet that companies requirements to do missions! It makes me feel like I am incapable of completing life's missions and it makes me feel like I have failed that company! When I have contacted Chewy, they tell me that there is nothing they can do because there are third party companies that handle the reviews that get posted to their websites for the products they carry! Chewy needs to handle their own reviews for their company.

A customer service specialist immediately answered my call. I did not have to go through AI at all. They handled my problem professionally and got a long term customer as a result!

A Company That Truly Cares I've been a Chewy customer for years, and they have consistently provided exceptional service through both phone support and their chat feature. They're always responsive, helpful, and genuinely understanding of our needs. Recently, we faced the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved fur baby due to illness. In the days surrounding his passing, we received prescription orders that we would no longer need. When I called Chewy to ask about returning the items, the representative was incredibly compassionate. They suggested we donate the unopened dry food and syringes to a local animal shelter and assured me they would issue a full refund—no questions asked. What happened next left me in tears. A few days later, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived at our door with a heartfelt message honoring our boy's memory. This gesture of kindness during one of the most difficult times showed us that Chewy isn't just a pet supply company—they're a company filled with people who truly understand the bond we share with our pets. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, Chewy stands apart. They treated us with genuine empathy and compassion when we needed it most. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Chewy, for being there for us and for caring so deeply about our fur babies.
