This negative review is for Chewy.com Pharmacy. Twice, I tried to order anti-seizure medication for one of my dogs, and twice Chewy.com failed to get the prescription correctly. After a month of phone calls and e-mails with no resolution, it became clear that Chewy.com Pharmacy has no working inventory or order tracking system, even for prescription medication. The customer service representatives were not reading one another's case notes and just tried to put me off. They tried to blame the failure on the COVID-19 pandemic, but the problem started well before that crisis. Buy medication from a real, working pharmacy, not Chewy.com.

A return is simply NOT possible. I cannot reach anyone by phone and my 3 messages have not been answered the last 3 weeks. Do not order anything, if you are not sure, that you will keep it.

Amazing customer service here! I wrote a two-star review on a dog bed saying my dog didn’t like the bed and wouldn’t even sit on it for five seconds. I didn’t ask for a refund. The next morning I received a very nice and apologetic email from Chewey refunding me my purchase price and suggesting I donate the bed to a shelter. AMAZING! I am a customer for life. I tried to buy their stock yesterday but it was up 8%!

I have tried to order twice... Both times it says "in stock and free 1-2 day shipping". Once I place the order and move about my day I later receive an email stating due to COVID 16 it will ship in 7-10 days. Ok fine, I understand we are in difficult times... BUT TELL ME THAT UP FRONT AND STOP WASTING MY TIME telling me after the fact.

These people gave amazing customer service, and really do care about their customers and customer satisfaction. In my case, they went way beyond normal. Please try them. Great prices too.

Customer service is outstanding! I purchased a ramp for my aging dog and within a few days of it's arrival my sweet pup passed away. I called about returning the ramp and the customer service rep said they would refund me immediately and I didn't need to hassle with returning the item. I really appreciated the kindness and compassion they extended to our family. Great job Chewy!

My first time ordering thru chewy and I'm not thrilled. It will be my last. Took extra money out of my account and the item I bought was said to treat an area of 25,000 square feet. I just received my product and the bottle says only up to 5,000 square feet. All in all not horrible issues. But not getting what you paid for and then actually paying extra because they took more than they should have is really irritating.

Products and prices are great. Auto-ship is perfect. Phone call based customer service is NOT. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, a rep finally answers. My husband responds with our issue, the Rep says, "I can't hear you", and instead of GIVING IT A MINUTE, instantly hangs up. That's really not cool. Especially when it was an issue that the email said had to be PHONED IN.
