I understand that it may take 3 or 4 days longer right now for your product to arrive but 12 days come on now your not helping anyone by making them wait that long to receive there shipment you would think they had something worked out by now to get stuff out faster ! I have been a chewy customer for years but I do have to say there customer service and return policy are getting very bad ! Chewy your disappointing a lot of customers! But it’s not like you care !

Not a fan. I'll pay a dollar more elsewhere instead of waiting 2 weeks for shipment.

Chewy’s customer service is beyond excellent. I order my dog’s arthritis medicine from them regularly without ever having an issue or experiencing any delays. This month my package was lost by FedEx. It stated it was delivered but I never received it. I was devastated not only because the medicine is very expensive but I was also running out of time to replace what I has at home. I contacted chewy asking what I can do is this medication is very expensive. Chewy replaced my order free of charge. It is obvious that they care about their customers. I could not be more thankful.

Super customer service. Dealt with same agent both times and he was super nice and friendly. I had a hard time dealing with the return because my dog, Louie, had just passed away and he was super nice and sympathetic.

Y'all sure don't appreciate truckers making us wait 5 to 6 hours to get unloaded at your distribution centers. You only use FedEx to deliver your products. Real truck drivers have to come in here and sit all day and wait to get your products off of our trucks and cost us thousands of dollars!

It is so difficult to get good customer now but Chewy has cornered the market on awesome customer service! I have never once had a bad experience. In fact, I just lost my cat and when I phoned about returning my last order they immediately credited my card..nothing required on my part. On top of that I received flowers from them a few days later. I cannot thank them enough. Chris Alexander

Horrendous customer service. I am already beyond delayed for my dogs heartworm medicine due to the fact that my order was cancelled three times. Verified with vet and they indicated that they approved medications. Will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I've ordered from them twice before no problem. My latest order was placed 11 days ago and I thought that was ample time for the coronavirus situation. Contacted customer service to find out how much longer and they are telling me its already been delivered even though my account says preparing for shipment and I've received nothing. If I don't hear back soon about how they are going to fix this, I am cancelling and going somewhere else.
