Their actions just made me feel a bit better which, when social distancing in the time of Covid-19 and losing a dearly loved pet, was quite a feat. Thank you Chewy.com for understanding and considering the wider pet community.

Spoke with Samuel at Chewy.com this morning. He is a rock star. He not only helped me reroute part of my order but he also went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in these perilous times so that my animals would get fed. Thank you Samuel!!

I placed an order on 04/14/20, I saw their message that it could take 7 - 10 days to ship due to the pandemic. However, they marked my order as "preparing for shipment" on 04/19/20. I checked back every day for the next few days, but there was no change. On 04/22/20 I contacted Chewy.com via their email contact. No reply. On 04/23/20 - items were removed by Chewy.com from my order - with NO COMMUNICATION at all about it. I canceled my order - after 11 days and no word from them at all, I don't trust them, My dog is out of food and I am not wasting anymore of my life on a company that can't even reply. We own a small business and it is just 2 of us, yet we still get all of our orders out on time and still respond within 24 hours to customers. It's very concerning that there was no communication about the item removal - I understand if you had an inventory hiccup, but to say nothing to the customers that were affected is cowardly, lazy and unprofessional.

Excellent customer service! Kind, understanding & compassionate. My Yorkie died. I called to return her canned prescription dog food. Not only did they credit me, but I was surprised by a delivery of beautiful flowers with the sweetest note from Suzanne! Happy tears! I still have four senior dogs & one young Newfoundland. I love Chewy! 🐶❤️🐾

Placed an order with two subscriptions, one came and one was never processed. I even called in to check on it. They said everything was good. The next thing I know they decided to just cancel part of the order for no reason. Not e-mail, no call! I was urgently waiting on subscriptions for my dog. Poor service!

I have been waiting for flea meds for my puppy. Due to the fact of having to wait for communication between vet and Chewy. Veterinary say they okayed the prescription, and Chewy cancelled order stating they hadn't received an okay by vet. Veterinary says they sento OK verification twice. I then called Chewy to see if order could be reinstated and waited at least 20 minutes for. a customer service representative, when finally getting the opportunity to speak with a representative. She placed me on hold to try to reinstate the order, and guess what...we were disconnected. What's going on Chewy ? My beef is I understand we are on lockdown, but waiting for customer service for more than 20minutes!! And then getting cut off, and going through the call waiting is exasperating. My first time ordering, and this is quite the hassle to place and receive an order placed almost 3 weeks ago. Hope this isn't the norm.

I recently made a purchase and I cancelled the order. As my dogs did not like the food. No big deal. They said they was called back by the sender. They took the money out of my account $247.00 and did not refund it. I waited on hold for 30 mins the person on the other side argued with me and said they did refund my money. I called back to prove they didn’t another 30 mins on hold. They hung up on me. I was very disappointed that they flat out stole my money waited on hold all total over an hour. I’m calling back to speak to a super visor hopefully they will refund my money. What a ripoff. They take your money than if theirs a problem they don’t want to give your money back!!!
