Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I just want to let Chew.com know that I was SURPRISED this afternoon when a florist truck pulled up to my house and delivered fresh flowers........I never expected this. My handsome white Boxer died recently and I had to call in and discontinue my shipment of food. Also, I Want to let the public know that they refunded my money back to me on an unopened Big bag of dry food.....I offered to send it back but they suggested that I donate it to a pet shelter which I will do when they re-open.....Thank you Chew.com....I NEVER EXPECTED ANY OF THIS!!!! When the time is right I will get another wiggle-butt Bubble blowing boxer puppy......Thank you, Laura Tobin

I started ordering from chewy a year ago since my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and needed special food that they carry. I’ve always liked going into stores like Petsmart before, but I was happy how fast the order arrived! They make it simple to get prescription medicine since they will contact your vet or you can contact the vet. Since then I now buy everything my cat needs from them, such as litter or toys. The auto ship really helps a lot too. They even set aside my cats auto ship orders during this pandemic to guarantee it still gets here on time since they’re getting a lot of orders lately. It’s a really good company with great customer service!

I ordered a cat tree from Chewy for my cat and it never came. I found out that it was delivered to another address When I called to inform Chewy, they said they would send out another tree, but it would take another 7-10 days. I am not happy about this. Very upset and frustrated as I was really looking forward to having this for my cat. I asked if they could expedite the replacement order since it was only fair, and they said that it was not possible to do that. I told them that they are in control of all orders and shipments and they do have the power to mail something overnight if they wanted to.. They insisted that they could not help me, and that I would have to wait 7-10 days. I am very upset with Chewy and will not recommend them to anyone. This is my very first and last order. I don't think that Chewy.com genuinely care for its customers and does not have policies in force that would reflect a company that strives for customer retention. They need to restructure how they conduct their business if they desire to stay afloat. I hope the Owner/President of Chewy reads these reviews and takes to heart what is going on with his business. He definitely needs to make some big changes.

Terrible customer service. They are slow in shipping out your order and customer service is useless. I've ordered from there before but from now on, I will order off Amazon. Stay away from this company.

Terrible service worst ever should’ve just gone to my local pet shop instead of trying to save a dollar. I guess it’s just me being lazy I wish everybody would just go to their own pet shop and buy from them because it is not worth giving Chewy a single penny third time I ordered first time OK second time they held the package for over a week and I had to call them and they said all you have to verify your address OK I get it the first time third time same thing happened and they’re like oh we’re sorry just wanted to verify your address and who you are terrible customer service terrible all the way around I will never shop here again

I was excited to get products from chewy. Until my fist order came in n I didnt receive my everything. I called them to find out what happened, and the person I spoke to said they just made a mistake and she would process the order right away, first she made sure the item was in stock which it was so she processed the order and said it would be eight to ten business days. Today been 8 days n I have not receive a tracking number or anything, so I called to find out what was going on, the new lady said the other lady forgot process the order and she would do that now, and again made sure it was in stock well they are out of stock...so now my dogs are suffering more n longer because it won't be in stock till may 6. So I just told them to give me my money back. There attitude is what upsets me the most. No appolgy. And was okay here's your money back. I really didn't want my money back I wanted flea n tick protection. This the worse customer service I have had besides fast food. I do not recommend them to anybody, as a first time customer is the worse experiance.

I have now made it a practice to 1 star review any company that sends me unsolicited junk mail. Even though it 100 percent illegal, our government isn't actually going to enforce any of it so its up to us. If we all do this, the junk will stop coming.

I am a Rescue House with several pets. Everytime I place an order my order it is either very delayed on hold, canceled or sent to the fraud dept by Chewy. My order are between $200 and $1,000 an order. I have explained this to the fraud dept, managers, and supervisors that my orders will be between these amounts. This happen to all 7 of my orders. No problem with my credit card. Today, I canceled my order due to my order was put hold by the fraud dept at Chewy again. I will never order from this company and I will let all my rescue and furbabies friends and family know about how Chewy handle people who does rescue or have several furbabies. STAY WAY FROM CHEWY!!!!!! EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY!!!! Amazon has the same stuff for the same price.
