I live one state away from the Chewy warehouse. Prior to Coronavirus I would receive my order the next day. Lately my orders have been very delayed - I commonly receive an email saying my order will be delayed 7-10 days without further explanation. No other online retailers seem to have such problems so I think I am done with Chewy for now.

I’m not the kind of person that likes to write reviews but this company deserve that. The customer service and the products are outstanding. I’ve been using “Chewy” around one year ago and I just had good experience. I highly recomend it!!

Chewy's customer service is amazing. Before my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I thought he was just getting picky with his food (he was over 13 years old). I had a sample bag of Stella and Chewy's that my dog liked, so I ordered the big bag on Chewy. However, after I got the big bag my dog stopped eating and Chewy refunded me the price of the food and asked me to donate the food to a local shelter. After my dog passed two weeks ago, I had to cancel an order of canned food. Chewy sent me flowers. Absolutely amazing.

Everything on this site is very reasonably priced. Nice variety of things to choose from, and the delivery was quite prompt. My only issue was that my 4 items came in 2 seperate packages and were shipped and delivered on different days.

Incredible customer service. I just love Chewy! Mainly for their customer service, they go above & beyond! They even sent a handwritten birthday card to my cat! It made me feel really special that someone would take the time to do such a thing. With that alone, I will be a loyal customer for life! I also appreciate their selection, prices & shipping are fair, easy & timely. they are a one stop shop for all pet needs, I highly recommend!

I've only been a Chewy.com member for a few months and just want to say how great they have been. My orders have arrived quicker than they were expected. I had a cat that had diabetes and they were very thoughtful when I notified them of her passing. This is a company that is doing things right!!! I will continue to support them and encourage anyone else needing pet supplies to do so as well. Although I recognize the carbon footprint ordering online creates, I know they are doing what they can to provide recyclable and/or reusable shipping materials. Frankly, not only does using chewy.com save me time and money, it saves on the emissions my vehicle is producing going from store to store! Thanks chewy!!! Animal lover ♥
