The chewy support team is an amazing group of people! I have never had a pet store be so kind to me but Chewy takes the ‘cake’! When they found out that my beloved kitty Mr Tinkles, passed away they were kind enough to send me an email stating how sorry they were and along with that I received a bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from the team, specifically a girl named Brittany! I just want to say that I am deeply touched by this act of kindness and 100% will continue to purchase any and all pet related items through only Chewy!

I would have given this 0 if I could. I ordered a play pen on 25th of April, received email saying it will be 7-10 business days (they said it was 1-2 business days on the website). My puppy is scheduled to arrive on the 5th of May. I reconfirmed with Chewy rep on the 26th, making sure that it will arrive by then, else I would have gone to different website. Dog arrived, cage is pending by the 5th. Contacted Chewy again on the 8th. Package still pending. Asked for compensation in a form of store credit for all the hassle. They refunded, but also cancelled the order. Now I have to place another order and wait again. Meanwhile I have to use other objects and make it into a playpen.

Their pharmacy is terrible. If you need your pet medication and your dogs life depends on it, don't order it from them. They loose prescriptions, they lie to you and continually cancel your orders. They also trash your vet if they don't like what he tells them. Take your prescription to Costco and be happy!

Chewey repeatedly bungled an order for an essential medication for my dog. There was zero continuity between their customer service attempts via email and phone. Not one of them had access to all of the information regarding the ongoing issue, communication with the vet was terrible, and both the vet and myself received the same emails and phone calls over and over again when we had thought the issue was resolved after each communication. After waiting over two months with the issue still unresolved I've decided to stop doing business with this company.

I had an issue with my autoshipment being delayed and me having to go out and buy dog food because of this. I was not happy considering the circumstances. I spoke to Nelly who was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, super helpful , composted me for the bag I had previously purchased on my own time and sent a new bag of dog food out right away. I honestly was going to cancel my autoshipment and just go to the store to get dog food from now on, but I am so glad I called because Nelly definitely made me a happy customer and I'm going to continue to purchase from chewy and receive my autoshioments because of her help. I Highly recommend purchasing any pet products here, the brand names are legit and quality is on pint also . I've never been disappointed with any thing I have purchased from chewy!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called 3 times to fix the address location on my order but do you think they did it? NOPE. It was also for my dog's prescription medication that she ABSOLUTELY has to have and no one gave a crap. Severely disappointed. I went to Chewy because of the big-name company. Welp, that was stupid.

Can anyone tell me why Chewy charges sales tax on prescriptions foods that require a written prescription from a doctor ?????
