Customer Service SUCKS! They will not help you at all and I placed my order on the 4th of May, it says it shipped on the 8th of May, says it’s supposed to be here by the 10th of May which was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY SHIPMENT! If only there was a way of giving ZERO stars, that’s what I would rate the customer service these people have

I honestly can say that they are awesome, even though the shipping was delayed later than normal, all bc of the COVID19, they still kept me informed that my order was on the way. I've never had a problem with them or customer services! Thank you Chewy.com P.s. I love my painted canvas of my Rottie

I have been ordering from Chew for several years. In addition to toys and treats, I order supplements and prescription dog food. For my last order I made the mistake having the order shipped to the wrong address--to a temporary vacation rental property at which we received our last shipment, rather than our current home. I immediately called Chewy to see what they needed me to do. The lovely customer service lady advised me that I could ask the owner of our temporary vacation rental property to donate the shipment to a local animal shelter (which she did). Chewy then immediately reshipped my order to our correct address--at no extra charge to me, despite it being my fault. I don't know how many companies would go to this length, but I do know it is one reason why Chewy will always have my business.

Chewy was good before Covid 19. I am sure they picked up alot of new customers and put existing customers effectively on hold. Shipment are "Preparing for Shipment" for over a week at a time. You are unable to cancel these shipments that are "Preparing for Shipment" My cats and dogs need food and cannot wait for whenever they feel like shipping. Back to the pet store we go during the pandemic.

This was my first time ordering from Chewy. With my discount I paid $110.66 for my order of Revolution for my cat. My order was made on 4 May 2020... tomorrow is 10 May 2020 and the order details still say PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT. This is my first and last time using Chewy. I could have went to my local veterinarian and had my order on the same day. I am not impressed at all by Chewy! If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered for my senior cat on May 6, as of May 9 STILL says preparing order. Lots of local places do not have what my cat need and thought Chewy would be a decent choice, but l now see it wasn't. Customer service aslo and l QUOTE ' not much l can do or say to you but what it says about your order' and disconnected.....um....yeah

Order placed 4/29/20. "Guaranteed delivery 5/7/20". 5/7/20 came and went. then guaranteed delivery 5/8/20. 5/8/20 came and went ----go figure. Now delivery date is "pending". Who uses a company like FedEx who can't deliver on "guarantees"? Chewy.com, that's who. Horrible, horrible, horrible. And, yet, when explaining all details to chewy.com customer service rep, she continually praised Chewy. Brainwashing????
