This company is awesome. I lost my dog due to illness, and called them to see if I could return an unopened bottle of meds. They credited my account for the cost, did not want the pills back, and sent me a dozen roses for losing my dog. I am very impressed with their caring attitude. Thank you Chewy.....

Ordering was easy enough and the first order coupon was great. I think they need to be a little bit more diligent about providing quality materials the retractable leash that I purchased broke five minutes after connecting it to the dog. Also I ordered five different components and each one came in a different box. Two of the boxes came on the same day with duplicate items in each box because I ordered two sets

I've been a customer with Chewy for awhile now. They're fast an affordable. I've only had a problem with an order once, and it wasn't even Chewys fault, it was the delivery service, but Chewy jumped right on it and immediately fixed the issue. They also care if their customers are happy or not. I purchased a brand that I typically don't buy because my normal brand was temporarily out of stock. I left a review stating that the new brand wasn't as good as my usual brand but it was ok in a pinch. Less than a week later I get an email apologizing with a full refund... I didn't even ask! A company that cares, in 2020 😮❤️.

I used to love Chewy.com, I have 7 dogs, yes 7 and always could depend on Chewy to get their food, meds toys, whatever on time. Unfortunately, as of late their items arrive damaged, opened or don't arrive at all. Still waiting on Nexgard (ordered 6 days ago) Chatted 4 times and called the pharmacy. Guess Chewy can't depend on our large canine pocket book anymore :(

I have gotten my dogs prescription medication from Chewy.com and they were always so fantastic with email reminders on when it was getting auto refilled, shipped out and they would call.when they needed a new prescription from my vet when there were no refills. Always super friendly & exceptional customer service! 2 weeks ago our beautiful golden retriever Daisy passed away and I had to call to let them know to cancel my auto shipment of medication and the representative Michael was super compassionate. Today I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from Chewy/Michael with a lovely card, sorry for the loss of Daisy. What an amazing company!! One that actually cares about their customers. I will continue to use them for our other dog Gigi and our future fur baby. Thank you Chewy for being the best!! ❤

Amazing customer service. Decent deals although I sometimes find cheaper prices on Amazon. Chewy is worth it for the sweet cards they send and how they care about their customers.
