Chewy does an excellent job of taking care of its customers. I recently purchased a pair of dog boots for my thirteen-year-old golden retriever. Before she had a chance to wear them she passed away. I figured I would try to return them to Chewy and maybe get some money back. Instead, they insisted I donate them to an animal organization and refunded all of my money. This was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. They also sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as well. A company that would do that for their customers shows a deep level of compassion that must be repaid and I felt compelled to write this review after that. The products and services this company provides are far above average. The prices are good and overall I could not be happier. Chewy has earned themselves a life-long customer.

Very limited on their dog food. Had to switch to Wal-Mart.com to get dog food.

I have ordered a prescription drug from them for my dog numerous times. Usually it takes about 3 days for them to ship it, then another 3 to actually receive it. This time, it has been a week and they haven't even shipped it. I have been trying for days to reach someone in customer service, which they tout as being "24/7". This is a false statement. Their customer service options on their site take you into a loop of their frequently asked questions. Once you get with someone on their outsourced chat, prepare to spend about an hour. They still can't give any answers, so you might as well be talking to nobody. Good prices, but service is terrible.

Chewy is taking forever to deliver the flea meds I ordered!! Ordered Aug. 7 and it’s still “preparing to ship”! Hurry up, Chewy!! There is also no way to contact them at all which is why they’re getting a bad review for me. The links are broken to leave a message.

Chewy is a beautiful company to do business with. A few days ago I called to place an order for my new dog. During the conversation I mentioned that I'd lost my precious dog, Shotgun. The rep was so attentive. Well today a dozen roses was delivered to my home, curtsey of Chewy!!! How thoughtful!! I was so surprised I couldn't believe it. Thank you Chewy for going above and beyond for your customers. Your service is great, but your heart ❤️ is bigger.

I called Chewy yesterday to reduce my auto shipment from monthly to every two months and let them know it was only because I lost my beautiful cat, Sophie. The operator was quite sweet and gave his condolences. WELL, this morning, as I was leaving the house to go to work, I found a beautiful large boquite of fresh flowers in a glass container at my door. There was a very sweet and touching note from Chewy, saying how sorry they were at my loss. What an awesome company. Thank you Chewy. It meant a lot to me.

Chewy's representatives were very understanding about the dry dog food I received that didn't agree with my pet. I was able to get a full refund for my purchase and donate the food to a shelter to help other animals in need. Their representatives were all friendly and very helpful. My first order came to me on the 3rd day. Their prices are cheaper! I just ordered treats for my pet (my second order with them). I highly recommend them - keep up the great work Chewy! You are awesome.
