Chewy are amazing. Their customer service has now twice refunded items I bought without me asking just because I left a less favorable review for those specific items. Customer care is second to none and they even send a card on your pet's birthday. Some of the prices are even lower than buying the same thing at Dollar General for example and they have offers all the time. Ignore the slightly lower rating, there are tons of people copying and pasting a negative review about having to deliver their heavy boxes but that's hardly Chewy's fault! They usually split orders across multiple boxes anyway.

Chewy needs to re-train or get rid of some of their employees (Arianna (lead). She should not be leading anyone. My RX was withheld because chewy was sending a fax request to my vet, when the vet's office has been stating to chewy to ONLY CALL THEM. It was 6 days after my RX was submitted online. When I checked my order online it said my products were preparing for the ship process. After several days of this status, I called and the rep says my vet's office only takes fax requests for approvals. I call my Vet's office and they confirmed that Chewy has been informed that the fax machine is not working (ever). I call and speak again to the same Vet rep, who calls Chewy's Pharmacy to inform them that they should only call. I call chewy and speak to another rep "Arianna" who states her pharmacist was informed by my Vet's office that only accepts fax requests (?) Arianna also made clear that her/chewy's concern is the relationship with the Vet's office, not the customer. Arianna also failed to process my order through the chewy's approval. When I called AGAIN today, my order was not ready to be shipped. They need to re-train her or ? I also want to mention that Arianna claimed that chewy faxed my RX request to the Vet three times and did not get a response. Arianna repeatedly said that chewy was only following the Vet's policy of only submitting faxes. Why not call the Vet's office after 3 faxes sent without a response? It is for a needed VET Antibiotics for a chronic condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will commend the last phone rep and lead I spoke with. 1) Keisha - she should be promoted/commended. She made sure my order was advanced and processed. 2) James (lead) - he was empathetic with this ordeal and lack of communication. He is another example of customer service.

They will drive you crazy asking you to review their products EVERY TIME YOU ORDER. I begged them to stop and they said they would but it still goes on.

They use to be the best, Now orders are taking 2 weeks to get in. They took away tracking because FEDEX is so screwed up. MY last three orders have been a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years but no more, Speaking to a supervisor about my order, and her response was she really did not care.

I recently lost my fur baby who I’ve had for 13 years. She was my baby before I ever had kids. I ended up with 2 large bags of her senior dog food which I could no longer use. Chewy refunded my money for both bags by crediting my account but that’s not even the best part. They sent me flowers from a local florist giving their condolences for my loss! I cried happy tears at such a sweet gesture. They have no idea how they made my entire week. They have always given great customer service but this went beyond and above and they will have a customer for life.

Absolutely the pits (still) trying to get a pharmacy order. Some agency needs to get involved; just awful.

I'm not a fan of this company.i work for FedEx delivering the products off the website n I was also a customer of theirs.what I received on both ends were boxes of cat litter mainly over packed mainly busted open n leaking very valuable amounts of the product into the box or often lost in travel to the customer home.they tend to use one strip of tape per side when shipping boxes sometimes weighing 77lbs.not sure how much cardboard cost,but I'm sure they could afford to breakdown the shipment into multiple boxes instead of trying to pack everything in one which causes the boxes to become damaged n loss of product in most cases.on the delivery end I do not like that they allow customers zero limit on the amount of stuff they can order.its pretty hard on a single driver to go to 3rd floor apartment buildings with 6-8 55lb plus boxes.i truly hate this service as a driver n wish we could relinquish our contract with them n they go to ups or lazership.its a big part of my daily route n is probably responsible for 35% of what's on my truck but I'm sure we can find another company to pick up if we eliminate this one.poll every driver n it will definitely be chewy that they hate delivering the most..
