I tried getting my dogs heartworm medicine from them and they continued to say they couldn’t get in touch with my vet. When I asked my vet, they said nobody from Chewy contacted them. Chewy cancelled my order and would not send my dogs heartworm medicine. We will not be using Chewy again.

Chewy isca crappy co. I deliver to the warehouse where you peoples things you order comes from. I have been sitting here for 5 hours waiting on these slow ass people ro do their job. These people do not care about anything or anyone. I have never seen such a slow ass company in my life. I have looked at their prices and compared them with other places. They are not cheaper. You are just paying for the convenience of not having to take it in your house. Which you still have to do cause they don't take it inside for you. So what are you saving?

Exemplary customer service! Where should you do ALL your pet shopping? Chewy.com. Rocket fast shipping, safely packaged. They love their job, they answer the phone, they respond immediately. They have earned my faith as a customer and my trust.

If you want to support a company that cares about its customers. ITS CHEWY.com. Whenever I place an order it ships right after I order and is here the next day! Not to mention they have amazing deals! A couple years ago my family lost our sweet dog named Chewy. The day after he died his auto shipped order of his special food came in. Two boxes of canned food and a big bag of dry food. My mom reached out to chewy.com to let him know about him dying and how to return it, their response? Donate it! They told my mom to donate the food and refunded her the full amount. It was a special diet food so yes, it wasn’t cheap. Then a few days later we got a knock on the door, flowers from chewy.com. They literally sent my family flowers with a card expressing their condolences. This business is awesome and will forever have my business. Thank you for caring about my fur babies Chewy.com!!! I will forever recommend you guys!

I ordered arthritis medication for my dog. After speaking with my Vet, Chewy sent me an email that his prescription was approved. After a week I contacted them and they told me it was not approved! Now I am out of medication. They promised to call me back and NEVER DID!! Chewy is terrible and my pet is now in pain. I gave them plenty of time to fill the prescription but they just don’t care. Go to 1800petmeds or anywhere else.

I’ve ordered supplies, flea dip, and special diet food for our sweet cat Tai. I called Chewy to cancel the auto ship and broke down crying when I told them that I was cancelling because she had died on October 22, 2020 from complications of FeLV (we adopted her 4 years ago even though she had FeLV). Elizabeth comforted me and was very kind. On October 24th, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a message from Elizabeth. Although I once again began to cry, I was comforted by her kind words on the card and her thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Chewy and Elizabeth. When we are ready to welcome another rescue baby into our home, we will definitely resume as active customers. Lu

I'm astounded at how quickly the order arrived, in just 2 days, and I live in a somewhat remote area. Everything arrived in great condition, and items were exactly as described. It's wonderful to be able to take care of my pets during COVID without shopping in town. I plan to continue with Chewy! Thanks for all you do!

We were hoping to adopt Sofie a pit bull that my daughter had fostered at college. Unfortunately after a week or so at our house and things seeming to be ok, she attacked our 6 yr old medium size dog. I had ordered from Chewy a sweater ready for colder weather and a retractable lead that we had not used yet. I contacted Chewy CS by email and was told the refund was being put on my card and how sorry they were to hear about this and that I can donate the items to a shelter or someone that needs them. What a lovely gesture it really helped me feel less sad about the whole situation. My dog is recovering well just sad to have to return a sweet dog to a rescue place.
