I had just received auto shipment on my pet's medication. Unfortunately, I had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Called Chewy's to cancel the auto shipment and they not only canceled it, but refunded me for the pet med and asked me only to donate it to a clinic rather than bothering to send it back to them. That is true customer service. EDITED TO ADD: Not only the above, but the next day, I had flowers delivered to my home from Dallas at Chewy's because of the death of our beloved Clancy. That goes above and beyond anything. Thank you so much, Dallas and Chewy's. You're the best ever!

Customer service is a joke. We ordered a crate/kennel for our cat so we can finally actually get some good sleep at night and it has taken about 10 days to ship here. I find that utterly ridiculous to be honest. Even reached out to them through e-mail and everything telling them to cancel the order and refund me because it was taking too long and could have gone to the store and got it way sooner. Even still shipped it anyway and kept the money and didn't even ship it in 1-3 days like they stated. I don't recommend this service for your pets. My girlfriend even ordered cat food and it didn't come in time so we had to go to the store to get by. Not okay

Chewy is amazing in every way. I had recently ordered some dog collars for my baby's, but when i received them they didn't fit :( (my fault) i called chewy and asked if i could send the small ones back and get bigger ones. The customer service told me just to keep the ones that were too small and donate them to someone who could use them and they would send me new ones free of charge. Like who does that! Wow i also just placed my 1st auto ship order and the food and treats showed up the next day!!!!! Love the fact that i also got $20 off my first order. Highly recommend Chewy for all your furry needs. :) Thanks!

I have used Chewy's Autoship for all of my pet food needs for years. I recently lost my kitty cat and had just ordered a bag of food that was unopened before she could use it. I emailed Chewy asking if there was anyway I could return the food as I had lost my fur baby. They responded sending their condolences and said that they would be issuing me a refund. I show up to work today (my shipping address) with flowers waiting at the door from none other than you guessed it- Chewy! With a handwritten note expressing their sympathy for me having lost my Bonnie Mae... This experience definitely made all of the difference. Thank you Michael at Chewy! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I've always enjoyed shopping with Chewy. They offer prescription food at reasonable price. Their shipping is efficient. Their website is easy to use. All-in-all, a good customer experience. That being said, the reason I am writing this review is because of their exceptional customer service. They really show care for your pets and you. My cat would receive birthday cards and Christmas cards. I appreciated the cards, but I also didn't pay too much attention. However, my cat recently passed away. I contacted Chewy to ask if I could return her unopened prescription food. To my surprise, they refunded me the full amount (almost $200!) and told me I could donate the food in my cat's honour. That was extremely sweet and unexpected. Moreover, today, I got an email from my concierge that I received flowers and a card. It's from Chewy and the customer service rep lady! I did not expect this at all, and I thanked this company for showing so much sympathy. It's extremely thoughtful of them, and I will be a returning customer.

This is a company with heart and compassion. I was the Mom to an amazing and wonderful 14 yr old Maltese Sophia who had been sick for the past few years. She was on a lot of medication that I received monthly from Chewy.com. Unfortunately, she passed and is no longer with us.😔 Right after her death, I received her monthly medication delivery. I called to see if I could make a return of the unopened meds. The customer service rep was so kind, loving and compassionate. Not only did they refund my money, they allowed me to donate the meds to the local animal shelter. Amazing, right?!! It doesn't end there. Next, I received a delivery from the local florist of a gorgeous vase of flowers with a sympathy card from Chewy. What company does this?!! They are a company who thinks of the customer first. They are a company made of heart and soul and I will forever be a customer! ❤

I love this company! I recently adopted a puppy and did not know where to start with the necessary items for him. Thank God I found Chewy. All my needs were there and were delivered so quickly in fabulous condition. What an amazing company. Highly recommend you. I am a customer for life. Keep doing what you are doing. I consider myself Chewed!! ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding customer service. My vet instructed me to use a prescription kibble for my dog's probable food allergy right after I had bought 12 lbs + 12 cans of the food I had been using. I ordered the replacement from Chewy, and the customer service rep very graciously credited the full cost of the unused food to my account, and told me I was free to donate it to my local shelter. She even sent me a receipt to have endorsed by my shelter for tax deduction.
