Excellent service, lots of compassion, and kindness ALWAYS. I do not know how they vet their representatives but whoever is doing this is spot on for hiring the best customer service folks. Pricing is reasonable, but not significantly better than retail. The kitty litter is questionable, it's packaged in individual unlabeled bags and simply is not effective and does not compare to products purchased in major retail stores. Zero odor prevention. I will not continue buying their litter.

I'm honestly shocked. I just received a bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card and note for the passing of my beloved doggie from Chewy. I did not think that big companies like Chewy actually cared or did things like this. I've ordered so many things over the years and had a good experience always, but this just blows me away. Thank you for your kindness. It's so nice to know there are still good people and companies out there.

Chewy.com com was very responsive when I told them that my pet had died and that I now have received more catfood than we can use. They responded with care and immediately offered to refund the delivery of catfood I had just received! I don't have to even return the catfood - instead they suggested donating it to a local pet shelter if we cannot use it! This was way above and beyond the customer support that I expected! I would highly recommend chewy.com for their responsiveness and care!

I was upset they sent a MARKETING birthday card for my pet who passed away almost a year ago. I had already updated my pet profile on their website months ago to notify she had passed and the profile on Chewy had been memorialized long ago. To receive a marketing card with a promo code to celebrate her “birthday” when she clearly wasn’t having one was upsetting. It was so impersonal and generic as well, clearly a sales tactic. Like why are you sending this marketing gimmick and introducing painful memories? They never sent any condolences or anything after she passed. Why are they sending a birthday card after she passed almost a year ago? Bad taste in the mouth

I am done with chewy. I ordered a auto cat litter box for 400 dollars. It came to me defective.. I ask for a replacement. They said once FedEx picks up the defective one they will send new one.. here i am 3 days latter name FedEx will not pick it up after rescheduling 3 different pick ups.. and chehynwill not refund or send replacement...I work 16 hour days 6 days a week..so now I am out of 400 dollars. Thanks chewy for being such a bad company

Chewy has the absolute BEST customer service of any company, any where, any time! If you need help they have a very obvious help button at the top of their website that instantly puts you through to a live person on the phone ready to help. Countless businesses hide their “contact us” info somewhere you have to go hunting for it. And then it’s usually a chat with a bot who isn’t helpful or a messaging system where you have to wait for an email response days later. The ease in which I was able to get help blew me away! At that point I was already super impressed but then Chewy adds in a kind and patient customer service rep?! She truly seemed to care and took her time trying to help me figure out why my promo code wasn’t working. Most companies will just tell you, the promo code isn’t applicable to your order or to the specific items in your cart or whatever similar terminology they choose that basically just blows you off without even looking into it. I wish I knew the woman’s name that helped me today from Chewy. We must have troubleshooted 10-15 different things until she found a solution. Which ended up just being a refund for the amount of the promotion. Even if you can get customer service from other companies to troubleshoot with you, they’re certainly not going to refund you the amount of the promo code if they can’t get it to work! But that’s what Chewy did! And I don’t think my great experience was just due to this specific representative (even though she was wonderful). My mother and sister both have had similar experiences with Chewy. So it seems to be the company in general. Someone is behind the scenes putting real effort and care into Chewy’s customer service department and I just want to tell you I SEE YOU & APPRECIATE YOU! Seriously no comparison to Chewy’s customer service! It is such a breath of fresh air!! Again, THANK YOU! (Sorry for the rambling and grammatical errors)

Chewy has always been exceptional. I have never had any problems with them. Their products are good, shipping is fast, customer service is outstanding. I finally notified them a few days ago that my dog, Bella Rose had died in May. 2 days ago, I got some beautiful flowers in a vase & a very sweet note. If I can post a picture, I will.
