I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chewy! I’ve always used them for both of my dogs’ food and prescriptions, but the kindness they showed after my sweet Lena passed away truly meant the world to us. They refunded her prescriptions and even sent flowers during such a heartbreaking time. ❤️🐾 Chewy is so much more than a pet company — they genuinely care about the families and pets they serve. I’m beyond grateful for their compassion and thoughtfulness. Thank you, Chewy, for being such a special company!

Every time I call Chewy, I get a "real"person. They are SO friendly and really want to know about your pet. Today I recieved a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy expressing their sympathy for the loss of our Bernese mountain dog,Gabe. This was so appreciated and beyond sweet. Thank you all!! Chewy is fantastic. I've been getting products from them for several years now. It's easy to edit, delay, or cancel my subscriptions, if I need to. I get my orders VERY quickly. Their pricing is highly competitive. Their products are typically very high quality, especially when it comes to pet HEALTH and care. But most importantly, their Customer Service Team is just top-notch, world class. I honestly am not sure I've ever encountered a better Customer Service Dept. It's easy for me to connect with someone if I need help, and they are truly dedicated to making sure everything is okay with my orders and my pets. I love Chewy, I love their mission, and I love the way they take care of their community. THANK YOU, CHEWY!!!!

Chewy sent me a scheduled autoship and charged me the full regular one-time purchase price. After hanging on the phone a while, they did reverse the excess charges "this one time", but warned me that autoship prices may vary. Not acceptable. If I agree on a price, I don't want it to vary without any notice at all. I'll just buy in the store from now on so I can see the price I'm being charged and not have to stay on the phone asking Chewy to deal with this next time.

I have used Chewy.com occasionally to buy items for my cats and feed for the local lake ducks, but a recent experience has made me a customer for life. My sweet cat, Tiki Tiger, recently passed away. When I logged into my Chewy account to update my pet profiles and remove him, I never expected anyone to notice. To my absolute shock, I received a knock on my door today from a deliveryperson holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. The enclosed card read: "I’m so sorry to hear of your loss of Tiki Tiger. I know this time is tough. All of us here at Chewy are always here for you. Love, Your Chewy Family." In a world where customer service often feels automated and cold, Chewy showed genuine, human compassion during a very difficult time. I am incredibly moved by this gesture. Thank you, Chewy, for honoring Tiki Tiger's memory and treating your customers like family.

Chewy's customer service is the best! They always make it right. I love this company. Over the past few years I have called Chewy several times. They pick up the phone with a live person right away. When my dog passed away, I called to see if I could return unopened dog food. They told me to donate it and gave me a refund, then a condolence card came in the mail. I have called them several other times and they always make it right. I now use this company all the time and I'm always satisfied.

My delivery was damaged after waiting more than the stated 3 days. They are only replacing 1 item even though the food ruined others. They said other items weren't damaged and would not replace. Now I have to wait almost another week for my cats food!! They used to be a much better company. I'm going to buy food on Amazon cos they have better quality control and customer service!!!

Great service for home delivery. I found their price best for specialized meal for my elderly dog. Delivered to the door every 10 days was wonderful. Customer care on the phone was very efficient.
