Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy.com is great! They give you the best options for food, but they don't stop delivering. My family unordered the dog food because we had just gone and got food from a local store, and they still sent us food and charged us for the dog food that we didn't even need. We have three bags of the same dog food! Besides that factor, Chewy is an amazing pet site. I would recommend it for those who don't go to local stores! LOL! Thank you for reading, have a great day, and use Chewy.com!

They had no problem taking my money weeks ago, said they didn't get my prescription until yesterday or maybe two days ago when I sent it two weeks ago. This is for flea and tick meds. Won't expedite the order because they have to go through corporate to have that approved. So now we are talking another week in which I will continue to pick off fleas from my dog. Customer service was the worst, and just as useless to talk to a manager. Empower your staff! The person that answered the phone had attitude and was coughing in my ear (very loud). Would never recommend this company and will be happy to share my feeling with anyone that asks me. You will be out of business soon if this is the way you do business.

Super fast. Everything I ordered was delivered the next day and it was a good price

On a nice note. I always bought my pet food and kitty litter from Chewy. I had an auto ship litter bag in transit. On Thursday I called to canceled as my pet had died. They were so nice! They said to just donate and that they would credit my account. And if that was Not enough, they sent me a sweet bouquet of flowers with a kind note! What a wonderful company! Although it does make me sad to think of my little Kitty 😻😻

I rarely review a company, but my experience w/Chewy was excellent that I just had to! Brief background: My puppy has kidney disease, so getting her to eat can be challenging. There are only so many companies that make her special diet food. I changed up and ordered her lamb and she didn’t like it. It seemed off, like maybe it was old even though the exp date was fine. To make a long story short, I contact chewy and on the very same day they refunded my money and also sent me an alternate flavor. This was by far the best and easiest customer service.

Every company should care about their customers as much as Chewy.com does. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Please spread your knowledge on how to treat people to other companies that desperately need a lesson!

They have good prices on their products and they carry products that I want. The problem is that they insist on shipping with FedEx and their delivery is terrible! Once again my dog ran out of food and I had to go to the store because my order is delayed in shipment for three days now. Their customer service is not helpful and their standard answer is it’s a FedEx problem not theirs. Well I purchased from you Chewy not FedEx so IT IS your problem. This has happened too many times so I’m done with Chewy.

Chewy has completely botched our pharmacy order made on Monday, 2 November. There was a delay in confirming the Rx with our Vet, but we were never notified of the issue - once we found out, the auth was almost immediate. Then the order was lost. Then the replacement took 5 days to process. Current schedule is to get the replacement delivery on the 14th - TWELVE DAYS after placing the order. We've run out of 3 of the items and have older pets who need their meds and had to go to the vet for emergency refills - which are insanely expensive. Lesson, either order refills two weeks early or just go elsewhere. UGHHHH
