I tried chewy a couple weeks ago and my first order was separated into 3 packages. One got lost and another had the wrong item in it. I was really disappointed but I called customer service and they replaced everything. So I decided to give them another shot. However, on their site it says free 1-3 day shipping on orders over $49. But when I placed my second order, the tracking info told me I wasn't getting my stuff for another week... When I called to ask, they said that they don't ship on Mondays and since I placed my order late on Friday, it won't get shipped out until Tuesday and it's 1-3 days from there... So it's a bit misleading and if you need your item right away, go to Amazon, the prices are very similar. They should advertise 3-5 day shipping to be more accurate. So far not impressed. Hopefully my order (split into 3 packages again) don't have issues again... May just give up on them if they can't get their crap together.

I frequently order my dog's food, some treats and things from Chewy. Shipping is super fast and customer service is excellent. I have called in a few times and I have never had to wait or be on hold and they solve any issue very quickly.

I find Chewy the best online pet supplies store ever. I’ve never had a bad experience, always friendly, efficient and lightning speed delivery. Customer service is open 24/7 and they’ve always been more than helpful. To me Chewy is the epitome of great business practices and should be the example of how all online businesses should operate. I don’t order my pet supplies from any other online store. Not a negative thing to say about them. Chewy is it for me.

Above and beyond........My beloved Harry passed away from end stage Renal failure. I called chewy to return his unused pet food. They credited my account and ask me to donate it. Two days later, I came home from work to a Beautiful bouquet of flowers Chewy sent me a wonderful note. It made me feel so loved. I appreciate chewy and Acquanetta’s thoughtfulness in my time of grief. This is customer service with class

I have received good customer service from Chewy, however recently I have had issue after issue with receiving my pets medicine. I put in a change of address about 4 months ago, and Chewy has sent my meds to the wrong address twice in 4 months. When I called to get meds resent out, I was told different anticipated dates of receipt from their customer service reps, I even received an email that my meds were delivered when in fact they weren’t. Chewy please get your reps and pharmacist on the same page so other pet parents don’t have to endure what I have endured this past week and a half.

Literally the best customer service ever. The nicest people work there and will go far beyond any service I've had at any other company.

I order from Chewy pretty exclusively now .. they pack their orders so well that there is never any damage to anything. Shipping is super fast. When there is any concern at all (a size not right or color not what was expected), they immediately make it right with no effort on my part. Their customer service is so good that it makes other online companies look bad by comparison.

I was a first time customer with Chewy and everything went so smoothly. I ordered a harness for my dog and it was a bit too small for him. I contacted customer service and they responded within 15 minutes to my message and said that I could order a larger harness and receive free shipping. Fantastic customer service and products. Will definitely be ordering from Chewy again!
