I've heard great things about chewy.com so I wanted to buy all my dogs Christmas presents there and I was highly disappointed!!!!!!!!! I guess you cant checkout on chewy.com without opening an account with a email which is fine however I used five email addresses and none of them worked. I guarantee you me my husband and two daughters have never used chewy before so how does our email have an account seems like a scam. Please be careful.

I am a 79 year old woman with a cat. The litter I use is always on the top shelf in the store, because it only weighs 10 lbs. So, it's hard for me to handle. Having Chewy deliver is a Godsend for me. I have made a couple of mistakes with my order for food in the past. Instead of asking me to return it, they have credited my account and encouraged me to donate it, which I have happily done. I love this company! Everyone I have ever talked to has been pleasant and knowledgeable. You would never know they are working under the pandemic situation. Kudos to all of you!

AWESOME! They ship as fast or faster than Amazon and the box is packed MUCH better. Also they had my cat’s food in stock when Amazon was out of stock.

Dear chewy thank you for your fast service but when I received my bird food package both the bird foods had holes in them.

The Customer Service is completely useless because if You have any order issues You won’t get a refund or replacement and end up having to open a dispute with Ur Bank and leaving Negative reviews all over the Internet and god forbid if You have to make another Account using a different email because You accidentally forgot the email and password to previous Account and they just Disable the new One or they will disable the original one when You have only had 1 order issue etc. Unless You want to go through hell with incompetent nothings I would steer clear.

Love chewy! Most the time I can find cheaper prices than in store. The only down fall and reason for 4 stars is because with my auto ship the prices change from month to month- so when I set it up I was getting my dog food for around $25 but then my auto ship for the next month was almost $40. A little more transparency prior to signing up for auto pay would be great. Their customer service is amazing though and adjusted the price for me the first time it happened.

Can you give less than one star. Chewy used to be affordable and reliable, but not since they were bought out. Recently the took over $153 from my account without notifying me. They decided I needed 66 lbs of dog food. I have never bought that much since I worked at a kennel! My 3 dogs eat, on average, 33lbs a month. I called to cancel, the same day and they said they couldn’t. Further more they said they could refund me in 3-5 business days! I talked to 7 different, supposed Supervisor’s. Before I realized they all are. Even did a 3way call. This company is ridiculous!

Unbelievably over the top! Chewy sent me a dozen roses when our beloved puppy died. Thank you! 🙏🏻🥰💛
