The representative from the online chat is rude. I was hoping he could provide a price match with the further Thanksgiving discount. But, he posted a customer phone number and then discontinued the chat.

I have had many orders from chewy, with no issues. My last order did arrive with a damaged bag of cat food. Hilary at customer service was very helpful and immediately sent out a replacement bag at no cost. Thanks

Competitive pricing. I have 1 dog and 1 cat and just switched an autoship order to chewy from Amazon. They always answer the phone immediately and resolve my issue very quickly. So rare nowadays and a huge plus! Can't say anything bad at this time

Do you have a pet? Chewy (.com) has great pricing, great service, and they sent me flowers after the passing of my dog… They also suggested I donate my extra food to a local humane shelter… They also refunded my order of food $40 TheFarmersDog (.com) has had the most healthy fresh food for my picky eater and they sent a beautiful condolence note BarkBox (.com) let me cancel my subscription and we’re so professional and courteous I had very positive experiences with these companies 🐶❣️🐾

Chewy has a nice online experience with lots of reviews and the promise of getting subscription pet supplies is so convenient, especially now. I gave Chewy several months of grace period when they were out of stock of my subscription item, due to the pandemic, but half a year later and they continue to advertise the item on their site. They no longer offer to replace the out of stock subscription item -- just 10% off a future item (which was then canceled, and then 10% off a future item, and so on). If you work with customer service to manually request a replacement item each time, fine -- but then the replacement item we received was MOLDY. The quality of their product is not worth the hassle. But their Christmas card was cute.

never again will I use this company for my dogs food!!! i have a prescription for my dogs food and they put my order on hold because they didnt have prescription on file!!! whos fault is that?? never again for this company!!!
