I have used Chewy’s for over a year now for my pets food a litter. Normally it here in 2 days, but I have been waiting over a week for specialty food for my dog and cat. All customer service tells me is sorry but fedex is holding up due to road conditions. It snowed on Monday it’s now Friday. The roads are clear and have been. This is unexceptionable. My have to start ordering from Petco again. A few dollars more at Petco but at least I can get it.

Brought me to tears when I received a dozen roses from Andy a customer service representative after he found out I had been in an accident. Nicest thing right before Christmas and really made not just my day but my whole week. Chewy has always been amazing. When we switched cat litter they told us to donate our old litter and reimbursed us. When our pet passed away they told us to donate unopened food and credited our acct. it really happens but whenever there is a mistake on the order or we received somebody else’s order they have always told us to keep or donate and sent us out the correct stuff immediately. I have always been happy with chewy I am their service and now I am just blown away by the act of kindness of one of their employees at a hard time in my life thank you Andy I wish I had a way to repay him. Thank you chewy I hope you continue to be amazing all my clients use you and I tell everybody that I know to use you as I work in the pet industry 😊

Chewy was always at a matching price including shipping which brought it quick. Here’s a greater value of Chewy... We had to put our 11 year old Rottie down. I called to see if I could return unopened bags of food and treats. Chewy refunded our previous order and recommended donating the food and treats to the Humane Society. Thanks Chewy! You came through at a hard time.

I have been using Chewy for approx 16 months to get medicine for my pets. While the website is easy to use and they have someone who can answer calls 24/7 its not a good system. They have a major disconnect in terms of getting prescriptions confirmed and then reaching out to get them reinstated when they run out. My vet never gets the emails/calls they claim to send. Like wise when my vet calls in they either can't get to the right person, have put the wrong info into the system and the most recent claimed my vet only gave a 60 tablet script when it was in fact for 6 months. I have worked with my vet for years and have never experienced this type of or frequency of errors when dealing with a pharmacy. I am cancelling my account. My dog needs his medicine and once again I am scrambling to get his meds because Chewy can't get their act together on the communication side. I will not recommend Chewy. Stay away if your pet has critical meds that can't be delayed due to incompetent practices.

I love their products and I can find everything I want and it is dropped off at my door! If my animals don't like what I order I just chat with a Chewy representative and they refund my money while on chat and I don't even have to send it back. They just ask me to donate it to my local shelter so no risk.

I've had both my wifes and my CC accounts on Chewy since I started. I order $250+ per month in pet food. They keep charging my wifes account even after I took it off the account. Look up accounts on Chewy site and only mine shows up. Yet got up this morning to a $34 overdraft fee because they still took it out of my wifes account that isn't even listed anywhere on the account. Another problem is when something is on sale for $5 and I put it in my cart, yet when I get the order I've been charged $8. Call them and they say the item has went off sale between the time I placed it in my cart and when I hit the order button. Almost forgot, everytime I receive my order I have busted open contents because they use no packing whatsoever, just jam as much product in as the box will hold. Awful company.

Chewy is an absolutely outstanding company! They are incredibly honest and will do anything to keep their customers happy. I purchased a high-end dog stroller and a different, more expensive one was delivered. Customer service graciously apologized and sent the stroller I had ordered immediately and told me the other one was mine to do whatever I wanted with! I was thrilled to donate it to a fellow animal rescuer who will use it to help so many animals. Also, when I informed Chewy of a problem with a DNA kit they immediately refunded me in full without my even having to ask! This is a company that you can order from with absolutely no worries! If you are dissatisfied in any way they will make it right. In treating me with such courtesy and honestly they have earned my loyalty!

Great customer service. Twice I have had a problem. One time our shipment didn't show up, and they sent it right out as soon as I called, no questions asked. The second time was our dog food was recalled. They took care of it within minutes
