Chewy your the stuff‼️ great customer service. Okay so I ordered 2 wiggle wobble dog balls got them yesterday I opened box for my dogs 2 get there toys 1 ball came defective so I called chewy right away Spokenwith a customer service rep told them it came defective. They literally told me we will send 1 out right away. So in my head didn't tell the rep did not have a chance 2 in my head im like wow did this really happen they did not fight me on this issue at all. So yeah chewy I love you‼️ and my doggies said they love you guys to‼️ Thanks again chewy got my replacement dog toy for my babies literally the next day‼️

I ordered from Chewy for many years and spend thousands of dollars, yesterday I ordered and today I wanted to cancel it, because I don't need it anymore, I spoke with 5 different people and each one of them said "ah ah ah" really stupid and told me the shipment was picked of from FedEx, I called FedEx myself and they don't have the shipment yet, only a lable was created, that mean that Chewy can stop the shipment, because it is still in their warehouse, but they are not smart enough to do that and I got shouted at from 4 of the 5 I spoke with, that I HAVE TO RETRUN IT, well I don't want it in first place, of course I will send it back, which I will monitor the tracking number from FedEx myself online and as soon as they have the shipment, I CALL FedEx myself and have them return it, I don't need any IDIOT who don't know what they are doing to shout at me, all they could say was "ah ah ah ". I am very disgusted. Something those STUPID PEOPLE who shouted at me, don't understand "I CANNOT RETURN WHAT I DID NOT RECEIVE YET" FedEX does not have the shipment yet, would some one Please explain to those STUPIT PEOPLE that I don't have the shipment, I am in Texas, their warehouse is in Arizona.

Chewy is the best ever! The items are delivered quickly and packaged well. My sister, daughter, mother and I all use this company and have never had any problems. They have great prices and sometimes good deals on sale items.

This company is exceptional in a good way. I recently ordered a ramp for my car for my dog. It didn’t fit in the doorway and when I contacted Chewy to return it, they offered to refund my purchase and asked me to donate the ramp to a local shelter. How great is that? Not only that but they are always accurate and prompt in anything I order.

Chewy is the best place to shop for pet supplies. They always are there for you! Never have had a bad experience!

I just want people to know what a wonderful company Chewy.com is! I have ordered prescription pet food from Chewy and have had superior service. In early December we had to put our 14 year old Lab down. Two days before Christmas I received an FTD box with a dozen long stemmed roses and a personal sympathy card from Adam at Chewy! It meant so much to my family. You cannot go wrong with Chewy.com.

I had ordered a prescription for my dog Rachel. Two days after placing my order, Rachel passed over the rainbow bridge. I contacted Chewy for instructions on returning my order. Shayna, in Customer Service told me to forget about it. She credited my account for the price of the product and asked me I dispose of the order properly. I was really pleased with how she handled my call. A few days later I got a dozen roses from Shayna (Chewy) in honor of Rachel. Incredible. Beautiful. Customer Service ne plus ultra. My girlfriend and i are customers of Chewy for life. That meant so much.

DO NOT count on chewy.com for prescriptions. I waited over a month then gave up. I was told a week, then two weeks, then three weeks etc.
