My recent delivery included the wrong formula dog food. My dog has health issue that require a very specific food. I contacted Chewy and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved. The proper food is on the way (no charge of course) and they even suggested that I donate the incorrect food to my local shelter. No drama, no questions just honest service. I am a customer for life.

These guys are the best retail service--regardless of product-- on the Internet and that's no exaggeration. Their site is super easy to navigate; if you need to call them you speak to a real person; their prices are amazing; and even in this era of slow shipping they just got a 100 pound order to me in less than 40 hours. For free! I can't say enough good about this company.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am for Chewy.com. When I call I am not placed on hold and a real human answers the phone. They take time with me to make sure that I get the information that I need. They know my dog’s name. They go above and beyond and truly care about their customers and their pets. Thank you Chewy!❤️

Chewy and it’s staff are the most helpful and caring company and group of people I have had the experience of working with. I have never had any issues with any shipping or orders. My dog Timber had recently passed and they sent me the most beautiful flowers with a beautiful sympathy card. I’ve never had any company go to the lengths that Chewy has. Outstanding Customer Service. They really do care about our furry friends! Thanks again Chewy!

First of all, the website is so amazing and you can create pet profiles for every one of your pets. I love the set up and all of the features. The products are great and very good deals. The main reason for this review though is to mention the customer service. I dread calling customer service because it’s always a bad experience. Well not at chewy. There was no hold, no robot giving me ten different connect calls. Just one amazing woman named Jasmine who was so extremely nice and helpful. She honestly turned my bad day into a good one.

Chewy advertises free 1-3 day shipping on orders over $49 but despite having ordered from them multiple times, I've rarely received the order within this time frame. The vast majority of my orders have taken over 1 week to arrive. Maybe this has to do with where I'm located (Pacific Northwest) since I've seen other reviewers raving about getting their items quickly, but this has been consistent problem for me. The tracking information usually says it'll arrive in around 3 days but on the day it's supposed to arrive is changed to a later date or removed entirely. They really shouldn't advertise 1-3 day shipping if they're not capable of doing it. I've contacted their customer service a few times to check on orders that I needed quickly and they've always been helpful. They usually blame chewy's shipping partner (fedex) for the delay because they apparently don't deliver for them on Sunday-Monday. When I've pointed out that even if you don't count those 2 days (which btw isn't mentioned anywhere on their site), my delivery date is STILL over 3 days they don't have an answer but have either sent the items again or given a partial refund. Really nice to get two of a couple things for the price of one, but that doesn't help it get here any faster when I'm running out of cat food. Still, great customer service but I wouldn't count on chewy for anything time sensitive.

I will never in my entire life use this site again. I have given chance after chance and every single time my orders are wrong, delayed, and I’m given excuse after excuse. This time an order I made on 12/31 would not arrive in time so I called within an hour of submitting it to cancel. I was promised it was canceled and I would be refunded within 24-48 hours. So today I haven’t been refunded and I check my orders. A $40 item is marked as processing. Wholly incorrect as I was promised everything was canceled. Call customer service and the item is being prepped for shipment and also my entire refund is being held up by it. They give me dozens of excuses why it can’t be stopped or fixed. After 20 minutes of this, I request a manager because really? I’m told at best it’s 3 more business days but since my item will potentially not ship until 1/13 it may take as long as a month. I’m given overly long justifications, and I’m told a higher level manager will deign to reach out to me in 1-3 business days. The incompetence and lack of care is the absolute final straw and I will never ever use Chewy again once I’m refunded. Also really cute to basically constantly move goal posts on when my refund will return. If you lie to people about canceling their orders and lie about refund time frames, you don’t deserve their money. Period. Use Amazon or Petco or literally anyone else.

I was concerned when our beloved Chewy's was sold, fearing a decline in customer service, but our recent purchase issue was handled perfectly - quick and painless! Thank you Chewy! We will continue to be faithful customers!
