I purchased a pig chew toy for my dog The pig looked much bigger but the actual size is something that is the same size as a small action figure for a kid when on the website was larger also I ordered bitter yuck for dogs and the bottle I got was for horses I got scammed the photo showed a dog. Worse 26 dollars i ever spent. Shut this crooked company down. They are absolutely a sham. Shame on your website.

I love Chewy so much and actively use it INSTEAD of Amazon! I’d much rather get my pet products from somewhere who sends my pets birthday cards and artwork than a company who is monopolizing the US! Plus, Chewy price matches all Amazon price matches :). I literally want to tell the world how much I love Chewy!

I will never use the chewies gift cards again. Both of my daughters sent me a gift card for Christmas and both cases chewyy messed up getting me the gift card. Even after I called them two times and they told me they would credit against an upcoming order they couldn’t do that correctly. I will probably continue to use their products however their customer service are not only inefficient but inept in doing what they tell you they will do

Chewy is the best! Their customer service is top notch and they respond immediately to all questions as well as offering to assist it needed. Chewy's products are a little lower than market price and if you choose autoship you save even more. They carry all name brand Vet recommended products. I think my dogs recognize the box🤗.

We have been a chewy customer for years. They have always made it so easy to get our prescription food for our Angelina. We lost her right before Christmas and they were so supportive. They refunded us for her food that we just received and told us to donate it and also the kind words with a lovely flower bouquet. Will definitely continue to use for our other dog.

Have been a chewy customer for awhile. Love the quality and convenience. I had my first issue today with my box not getting delivered per the confirmation. Customer service was quick to resolve the matter and very professional. I would recommend trying them if you haven't.

I ordered a prescribed flea treatment, it took 1 week for them to revise the vet approval! After continuing calling them about it they said the shipping and delivery would take 1 week. Total 2 weeks of wait. Nope. I canceled. Better just to buy it at the vet office!

I received expensive dog clippers that overheated when I tried to use them. If you have to return something, expect it to take a long time to get your money back! Their shipping partner didn't pick it up for 4 days and the shipping time back is 6 days. I think that is lousy for getting a refund. May purchase online again for pet supplies, but not where I can't take it back to the store, or will purchase through Amazon.
