We've used chewy for years now, and two months ago our best kitty ever passed away at 16 years from thyroid disease a month later we had to put down her sister I called chewy and cancelled our cat litter and food 2 weeks later a big very beautiful flower arrangement came with a sympathy card from chewy who does that we love you and your concern for our family and pets thank you💓

First, Chewy customer service has always been top notch. But today they outdid themselves. I called to stop some orders (our dog died). Not only they stopped an order, gave us refund on food we purchased a month ago (and having us donate the food, etc). AND they sent me flowers to remember my dog. Who does that, Thank you to Chewy. I will give them a 10 plus.

A lot of products. Seems a bit congested.

Needed my shipment sooner than later. I have a Rottweiler puppy who is growing up faster than we can track. I contacted them Feb 2 to accelerate my shipment. I couldn’t set it before Feb 4 so I made arrangements to work around the order until a few days after Feb 4. On Feb 6, the order still hadn’t shipped. I got online and chatted with customer service. I stated my problem and asked when it will ship and the person never answers!! I later got an email from chewy saying the order was delayed but that it probably wouldn’t be cancelled even though it had still not shipped. I would have to refuse the order! This is no way to provide good customer service! By the time I have to make sure the shipment is refused I will have spent way too much time with this order. I ordered from Amazon!

I have ordered from Chewy for several years. They are always prompt, accurate and caring when there is a problem. Last Thursday I contacted them ti cancel my autoships as our dig, Shelby had died. Today we received a beautiful bouquet with a sympathy card frim the Chewy team. That is service that us truly above and beyond: service with heart!

Forgive the lengthy post. I’ve ordered from Chewy for a year now. We found out last February that our sweet girl Lola was a diabetic and would need insulin and a prescription diet. Chewy has been amazing through the entire process. Always working with us on getting her medications very quickly as well as being very accommodating on returning items. Sadly, we lost Lola this past Friday and I had to call Chewy to stop her latest order. They were compassionate and understanding. Today, I received flowers from today. It was such a nice surprise and definitely brightened my day. They are simply amazing.

I have been ordering from Chewy for about a year. Yesterday was the first time ever that it has been delivered to the wrong house. When I got up this morning, I went out looking for it. Couldn’t find it. I called Chewy and told them it says it was delivered but I never got it. They always always always leave it at my front door. They lady asked me if I had enough product left to make it 1-3 days. I said dog food yes, but the horse hoof supplement I did not. She asked me if I would be going to the store for it, and I said no, it’s 3 times as expensive at the store and not worth the drive to that store, they could wait a few more days. They lady apologized for the inconvenience, and said a replacement box was on its way. I said it’s not their fault and thank you. Within 4 hours I got my replacement box! I was extremely impressed with how quickly I got the replacement box. Definitely recommend Chewy for all pet needs.

I would just like to take a moment to give thanks and appreciation to Chewy! They have great customer service. I have had nothing but good things to say about them after every interaction. They are the best customer service out there right now.
