I will no longer shop at Chewy. A pet store has decided to get politically involved with cancel culture by canceling My Pillow. Mike Lindell shut down his factory to make face masks at a time when the American people needed them. Chewy has decided to cancel an American made pet bed and prefer we buy Chinese made pet beds. Going back to PetSmart and Tractor Supply.

I ordered 2 dog food storage containers and when they came one was broken. I emailed them and the same day I emailed them they had another one on the way. I must saw that is the best customer service I have ever received from any company. Thank you so much chewy. They even let me keep the broken container.

I love Chewy. They actually have real people to communicate with if needed, are very fast and so convenient. I especially appreciate their service during this pandemic, when I can't get out to shop for my animals. I've ordered from them many times and have never had an issue.

I chose this for the convenience and it was anything but. My order was split up into many separate deliveries, so I got several emails, some of them multiple times for the same part of the order, so that was confusing. A single patch, no bigger than a stick of gum, arrived on its own, in a giant otherwise empty cardboard box with no receipt and no paperwork. It was stuck inside the folds of the ridiculously oversized box, and was almost lost. The thing I needed most (the food) has taken over a week to arrive and I received no update on it until it was already 2 days late. I called customer service and she had the wrong information, and difficulty understanding my crazy split up (not by me) order as well. She wasn't apologetic in any way. She was extremely monotone and uninterested. I asked for a refund and she told me if it wasn't there by the end of today to call back. If it's here today, I won't ask for a refund, but I won't be using the site anymore. If it's not here today, I want my money back because I still have to buy dog food.
