I have a 17 year old cat who was raised on Fancy Feast cat food and will eat no other brand of food. With the virus from China, the riots and violence and lack of people working it has become nearly impossible to find the food anywhere including Walmart. Chewy not only processed my orders in an amazingly rapid fashion...their free 2 to 3 day shipping with FedEx is equally as amazing and the overall cost of the product was just a few cents higher than Walmart! Thank you Chewy!

Ordered pet meds, provided all necessary information and was under the impression it was on way. 5 days later I still do not have the meds, the local vet provided the script, they are not the same as they use to be. They are working from home and are not on the ball. Had one tell me that it was against policy to speak with vet with me on phone and next call said that wasn’t true. Then told it would be taken care of and I’d have meds next day because the fill place was in my area. Next day I receive email stating they are having difficulty getting in touch with the vet and my order is being canceled. What a joke while my dog suffers. Nice passing the buck with no follow through, point fingers, etc. I have never had such a horrible experience. Sad to have dog suffering.

I am on a biweekly autoship which consits of several large bags of dry food, several cases of wet food, litter and treats. Well, I have been getting this for about 6 months now and have not gotten one autoship that was not damaged. Customer service has been great at replacing the damaged good but even then some of the items show up damaged. The warehouse needs to get it together and either make smaller packages or use packing material to keep stuff from being damaged.

Shipping was fast within 2 days I order Around 9 pm on February 2 items arrived today February 4 at 11 am . Items were in good condition no damage.

Order a week ago and they still have not processed my order call on it and said they would get right 2 day later still not processed Won't ever use them agian
