So the return policy is you keep it, but please donate. I ordered a rather pricey cat-scratcher that was damaged on one end and sent in a picture. They shipped out a new one. I've had a big order of food my cat with tetchy digestion had an issue with, they refunded the money. I ended up donating the food to VCA. Their stuff is competitively priced and often cheaper than amazon or Petco. It comes quickly. I do make use of the autoship, but I change it up every month.

So I ordered $55 worth of stuff off the site. Kept hearing ads,so i wanted to help support another business besides Walmart and Amazon but boy was I disappointed. The price wasn't any cheaper unless you signed up for their auto reorder. They make you create an account in order to just place the order. Annoying but no biggie. It took 4 days for them to process the order, ok no big deal again. They email me one of the items is unavailable and they are going to give me the money back. Annoying but again I tried to brush it off as not a big deal. So after I got some of my stuff I noticed the items I specifically went to buy on the site ( but bought other things while browsing) hasn't shipped yet. So I check my emails see nothing new about it. Its been awhile so I go into account and check the order only to see that they took it away and they are out of stock. 🤔 I'm just curious when was i going to be notified? I get things happen, but it was just 1 after another and you just have things up online that you don't have in stock. If I bought 2 items that they apparently didn't have, how many more is on there they don't have? I just think they are very unprofessional. I should have just ordered off Walmart and I would have had my items in 2 days and not have to worry about buying things they don't have in stock. Just all around not a good experience 😕 now I'm trying to delete the account and of course its not easy 🙃

Chewy is amazing. We have been using them for years, the auto ship is easy if you want to change your delivery. Our auto ship came the day we had to put our Brittany to sleep. I emailed them to ask if I could refuse the shipment bc we didn’t need it and they wrote the sweetest email and refunded our money. 2 days later we get a dozen roses with the most compassionate note of sympathy. We are telling everyone we know to use chewy. Great customer service especially this day and age!

I've been using Chewy for about 8 months now. The first few times I received my autoship there was no problem. Now after that I've had a situation every single time. Either the cans of food are broken, they send me only one item but charge me for the complete order. I mean this goes on everytime. I'm finally done with the company. If you use autoship make sure you get what you pay for. I'm beyond disappointed. I never thought they could be this disorganized.

We recently stopped our AutoShip of dog food because our Brittany passed away. Customer Service promptly canceled those orders as expected. What was unexpected were the dozen long stem roses they sent with a note of consolation. It’s a rare company that would be so kind and generous.

After using Chewy for about a year, they sent me a painting of my cat. I just got another of our pup! I can’t talk enough about how good Chewy has been to us!

Wow. So I have ordered from Chewy many times without any problems- shipping is always incredibly quick and packaged in eco-friendly paper! One time I bought a toy for my pup that unfortunately was not durable enough for her, I had decided to leave a review on the toy so other pet parents can be aware it's not good for tough chewers. A few days later I get an incredibly thoughtful email from customer service, stating they gave me a full refund for the toy. They also gave me links to other products that may be a better fit for tough chewers. I was truly impressed. I had not expected a refund or even asked for one, as it really was no one's fault my dog chews toys up quickly. They didn't ask me to take the review down or anything- they simply just wanted a satisfied customer. Another time I had an issue with a puzzle toy that was quite flimsy and didn't work as expected. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it for another item. They don't offer exchanges but instead refunded me for the item and told me to keep it. Their customer service is top tier and they do everything they can to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied!!!

We have used Chewy for years, prices are good but the service is amazing. Recently we lost our dog and when we canceled our subscription we had a bunch of treats and food to return. They refunded our money and they told us to donate to our local shelter which we did the next day. The most amazing thing they did was send us flowers for our loss, which is amazing and i am juat about crying as i write this. What a wonderful company.
