I have ordered $200 worth of pet merchandise every month for three years. I will no longer shop at this company. how dare they decide they're no longer going to sell my pillow because of his political views. if that's how they want to treat their customers that's fine. they must have forget we're the ones who buy the merchandise since were the ones with jobs and we will no longer shop there.

Chewy and Grant are the best! I called customer service today, and spoke with Grant in Dallas. He made the return of my items so easy I was amazed. The items were of good quality, they just weren't right for my picky dachshund. Chewy delivered them more quickly than I expected, and made the refund process much easier than I expected. Thank you, Grant and Chewy, for making my day with your superior customer service!

We've been going with chewy for about a year and now that they have banned the pillow dog bed from my pillow guy I canceled both my accounts with chewy I will try and push this far and wide for everybody to see shame on you chewy 👎👎

Been ordering form Chewy for a while now....Products are as advertised, however every other order will suddenly be late. Does Customer Service for Chewy care? Nope...all they do is issue the standard corporate prepared reply: (You are a valued customer...and we work hard to make sure your products are there on time....however due to "Insert Excuse for today" your shipment should arrive soon...you may call customer service for more information) Once you get this every other order it gets old. Does Chewy try to offer a guest something for their inconveniences, nope! Do they care if you go to PetSmart or 1800Pet Meds...Nope. That Attitude alone makes me want to do business with their competitors that might care if I spend money with them...and make mistakes right!

I am a long time customer of Chewy.com. I am a small animal rescuer, and so spend quite a bit on products I use for all of my animals,including prescription food. I have always loved Chewy and will miss being able to shop there, but I am also a Trump and Mike Lindell supporter, so Chewy just made shopping there political. I cancelled my account today. So sad that the CEO is an idiot.
