Amazing Company! Fast, reliable delivery. Automatic refills of meds and feed, wide array of toys and other pet-related items. And they sent roses when we had to say good bye to our 14-year-old lab. Best customer service I've encountered in an online-only company. I love Chewy and will preferentially get my dog stuff there.

I have never had any issues using Chewy for over 3 years. Neither have other members of my family. I bought a dog crate and it turned out I needed a different size, so I asked how to return it and they said they would refund me my money and that I could give it away or drop it off at a local shelter. They also send birthday cards to my dog and have a very personalized experience. They are an incredibly generous and thoughtful company!!

We use Chewy for our dogs canned food and treats. We are very picky about what they eat and Chewy comes through for us every time. Shipping is easy and only once did we have an issue (not their fault - shipper issue) and they corrected it with one short phone call. As to the people who are slamming them for choosing not to see a product please stop. You may be taking away the option for many people to get pet food and medicines delivered to their door.
