I always use Chewy for my pet supplies. If a purchase doesn’t work out, for example size, they tell you to donate the item and still give your account credit. Their customer service is incredible. Shipping is very fast. We even get a Christmas card from them.

Makes the responsibilities of a dog owner so much easier. They go above and beyond by reaching out to my vet to confirm prescriptions, and even sending EOY "thank you for being a customer" presents... this past year was a HAND PAINTED portrait of my dog! Things like that keep me as a cusotmer

This company is the best. Two days after receiving my last order I had to put my almost 15 y/o dog down. I had not opened the box the items came in so I called Chewy and asked if I could return the shipment at my expense for a refund. The representative I spoke with was so nice and compassionate. She offered her condolences, processed a full refund and asked if I could donate the items, which I did to the Shelter where I took her. This company is awesome and I will continue to promote them to anyone that asks.

Chewy delivers so quickly and has better communication than any other company I order from. Thank you!

I love Chewy! You wouldn’t think a large company would care about customers, but this is the exception. When my mother lost her beloved Collie not only did they credit a recent order that was never used but they sent my Mom a condolence card. Whenever I use them there is always something extra packed in my shipment for my Yorkie! I absolutely love how this company cares.

I have been ordering from Chewy for years and I can't say enough about their customer service, reliability and fast shipping. There were 2 times where I gave a mediocre review for food simply because my cats didn't like it and they gave me a full store credit. I got a birthday gift for my cat with a discount code. They also have an amazing variety of items for my pets.
