The best. The best treats. The best customer service. The best selection. The best for not carrying my pillow dog beds!

Chewy is the BEST. I've been ordering food for my dogs since the pandemic started and they are FAST and autoship works great, I don't have to remember to order and I can make changes at any time. When my senior pup was diagnosed with kidney failure they worked with my vet to get us the right food and when she passed away they were kind enough to send flowers and refund my last order. Chewy has been one of the bright spots in pandemic times and they are truly committed to taking care of their customers.

Chewy has always been there for my pets. Their service and selection are absolutely the best. I have 2 cats and a dog and they love everything that comes from Chewy- food, supplies, litter and toys!!!

Have been using Chewy for years and love their selection and promptness but most of all I LOVE their customer service! When our bunny Hammy died, we stopped the shipment of hay we were supposed to get through auto ship but I missed it by a day. They refunded me anyway, asked me to donate to a local shelter if I cared to when it arrived, and then sent me a condolence card. I do all my purchasing for my pets through them whenever possible.

Chewy has always delivered stellar products, and in a timely manner, with competitive pricing. Add in that they can fill prescriptions for your pet(s), and the all around customer service is wonderful. This is a company that stands on it's , and quality, and integrity through it's products, and services. Most importantly they offer only products that serve the purposes of everyone's pets, and value of fairness in not only their products, but the tenets of good stewardship. Thank you Chewy, for your integrity, and always carrying great products that are beneficial to every pet, and their families, and having an understanding of truth in service. Off to order more Chewy goodies for my GSD buddy. Godspeed, and may everyone enjoy great products, and service through integrity that Chewy stands for.

Chewy is an excellent company and I love their customer service. I received a donation of some canned food and it arrived dented. The cans were usable but I contacted Chewy to let them know. Chewy sent another case! They did not have to do that but they did. Plus I appreciate them even more now that they have stopped selling the My Pillow merchandise.

I use auto ship for my dog who is a diabetic and needs special food and meds. Customer service is great, too.
