Best customer service. Quick and reliable shipping on cat/dog food. I live in a rural area and have been purchasing pet food and supplies from Chewy for several years. They were quick to replace a cat toy damaged in shipping with no expense or inconvenience to me. I will continue to purchase from Chewy.

I ordered some Sheba wet cat food from Chewy. When I received my auto order, I found one of the packets leaking. I sent an email to chewy and they apologized and sent a replacement out and I received it the next day. Great customer service. Their auto order is a great program too. I give them AAAA+++++++

Chewy is one of the BEST companies I’ve ever given business to. They are kind, thoughtful, and always on time even in the midst of a pandemic. I’m incredibly grateful that I never had to worry about my babies going without food or litter over the past year. I also love the cat food brand they carry (not available in stores locally) it helped so much with our older cats who have sensitive stomachs. Thank you Chewy for being AMAZING!
