I ordered 32 in Ultimate SmartCat cat scratcher. Immediately when it began to be in transit in my city, it stopped. The next day I told Chewy what happened and a representative reported she would order a replacement. That has been in the works of shipping for about a week, again it got in my town today and it stopped updating. I called them again today and the replacement order was never actually put through because it was unavailable.. I don’t think I would trust business with this site ever again. Only am giving 2 stars because they are refunding me the money for this, but this has brought me so much emotional distress UPDATE: the orig package finally came today. I’m happy I’m pleased, I’m sorry for a bad review postal is not on them and I would still consider having future purchases from them!

I have been a faithful customer for several years and my most recent autoship did not include the dog food I typically order. Chewy should be reliable by maintaining their supply line when they have plenty of notice in the pipeline. Additionally, the smaller items that I did put on my auto ship now show delivered, but I do not have them. I called customer service and the woman was very short and did not care about helping me locate the package. She said their shipping vendors update package status delivery times ahead of time. This package shows delivered by FedEx show I do not believe her excuse. She refused to answer my questions and cut the conversation off.

I tried to create a new account with chewy for my 3 pups. Their system kept saying my card number was incorrect. I called customer service, same thing. Chewy customer service said it’s my problem and call my bank. Call the bank everything is fine, says it’s the vendors issue. Guess I won’t be purchasing from Chewy. They were not willing to looking into this issue at all in their end.

In a world of fraud, incompetence, and disappointment, Chewy has been a solid vendor. It's a little pricey, but that's because I have 5 pets, lol, the pricing is more than reasonable. They have not used this "pandemic " as an excuse to under perform, like so many have. The only real complaint is some times those damn boxes are HEAVY! But with 5 pets I NEED my order on time and complete. Only one time was a case of cat food unavailable, but I was emailed in plenty of time to find a substitute, I didn't just go without. I am afraid if the pet food doesn't arrive on time, these guys will eat me, so thanks again...

I just am totally impressed with the customer service you get when you call chewy.com. The people who answer the phone are personable, intelligent, helpful, cheerful, down-to-earth, and good at problem resolution. I usually just order online, but I had to call twice in the last week (once for some help with an order, once for an exchange) and got two really great customer service reps. Way to go Chewy!!! I also love that they sent a doggie birthday card (signed) for our dog. Really fun.

Their customer service is out of this world! I only became a member towards the end of my dog’s life but my deliveries were always on time. And when we unfortunately had to put my fur-baby down, I called to see about returning unused food. I was given a full refund and told to donate it to a shelter near me!!! I was blown away by the generosity. They have my loyalty when the time comes to eventually add another furry friend to our family again and I’ll always recommend everyone to use them!

My boyfriend and I ordered the 4 panel pet room divider. It arrived on time, however it came broken. So he called. The representative was very nice, but you could tell she was working from home. The back ground noise was horrible. She stated she'd send out a replacement. It arrived last Thurs, however this one is broken even worse than the first one. I called n spoke to a young man in customer service, whom also was very nice. He said he didn't feel comfortable sending out another replacement. He did said he'd give us a full refund, which is great, but we still have 2 broken gates. The product value is horrible, but customer service has been very good. Do not order from Chewy.com

I ordered throat gold for my dog and Chewy sent tablets to treat anxiety. The customer relations person was extremely poor. I told her that I have been waiting for days for this product. No empathy and would not rush the new order of throat gold
