I first started buying cat food through Chewy because of the pandemic. In the beginning, I had issues with the canned cat food because I was getting defective cans. The oils had separated from the food or the cans were severely dented (and clearly not from shipping). My cats would not eat food from the defective cans. (I have no idea how they could tell the cans were dented. Perhaps, they were just old.) It turned out that these cans were really coming from the manufacturer. I tried different brands until I found ones that didn't sell their defective cans through Chewy. The canned cat food brands I have been buying are Tiny Tiger (pates) and Almo Nature. I mix food from the two brands together. My cats love it, and I don't have to shop in a store to get it!

I have been a chewy.com customer for yrs and on Thursday we lost our beloved family pet of 15 yrs so I had to cancel my monthly order and today we got a big bouquet of gorgeous flowers delivered from kenisha the person that helped me chewy does go above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough

I have ordered from Chewy twice over the past 2 months and both orders have been missing items or including wrong items. Most recently, the bag of treats was ripped open in the box so that the treats were everywhere. I chatted with Lexine S on the chat via their website and informed them that I was extremely dissatisfied and will no longer be purchasing from them anymore and was met with cheesy, insensitive pet-themed puns. Very unprofessional!

Thank you Chewy for your thoughtfulness to the Lewis Family when we lost Dallas, our Labradoodle of 13 years due to aging. I had cancelled our auto ship program and several days later, we received a package of beautiful multi colored long stem roses. Chewy has always been a great company to work with. We've been using Chewy.com for dog food orders and other miscellaneous stuff for a while now. We've had to call customer service about delivery issues (FedEx's fault), and they fixed things up perfectly. Anyways, wife and I was just talking about daughter's dog food autodelivery, and wife said "Chewy's customer service is amazing. Amazing." so I thought I'd pass it on.

Well to start,I received my order so quickly(within a week).Second,my cats love the tunnel and 3 tier toy tower as soon as it was unwrapped.They have never acted that fast with new toys.I also love that we can now get their favorite food(since its always sold out in stores.Thank you Chewy...😃😃😃

I have been a long time customer at chewy and for the past two weeks I have been trying to get my dog her prescription food and I understand that they say it’s the manufacture but when I call I’m always told a day the food will be in and I’m told that an email will be sent to me when the food becomes available. That has never happened and each day that the food is supposed to be in it sells out very fast and now I’m stuck trying to find my senior dog her prescription food. Bad in you chewy! I have always recommended you and now I have to go and find some kind of food to save my little dogs life! Shameful!

Chewy is truly outstanding. Not only do they offer excellent pricing and efficient shipping, but they truly care about the fur babies. They gave me a refund when my cat didn't like her new food, and I was able to donate it to a shelter rather than returning the unused packages. Those of us with auto-ship can consult vets about simple matters.
