Straight trash! I ordered dog food every month from Chewy and i never had a issue with my order. My last order showed up and the bag was opened and ants was crawling all over the box. I called Chewy and they said not a problem we will send you a replacement, waited for 2 weeks, called again, we will send it out right now.....still waiting! Amazon is better!

Only this year, but multiple times now, I’ve started used Chewy for my pets needs. One time I had a dislike of a product I ordered, and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful their customer service was. I’ve been having HORRIBLE experiences with other companies of all kinds since the pandemic: I’m sure increased mail orders, extra stress on delivery services, and less workforce available has made companies have mistakes: yet their customer service is mostly rude. But not with Chewy: even though this time I was the one who made a mistake on an order they fixed it without guilt. Another time I had a manufacturer coupon that I couldn’t use online. I called their customer service and they immediately helped me by inputting it themselves. They now have a loyal customer. Super nice and friendly. The company is doing something right to have their policy’s and employees so great. Best prices I’ve noticed too!

Chewy is clueless on making name tags for dogs. I asked that they use the same font for my dogs first and last name Twice they have done it wrong. Last name is too small to match first name. BTW, it still took 2 weeks to receive..still wrong!

I have been a customer for awhile now. With this last order had had so many problems. The order was put on hold because of a possible fraud alert so they sent me an email. I called them and was told because of the amount of my purchase. I bought two dog beds so it was 300$ . I have Great Danes so I need jumbo sized beds. Ok I said no problem. I verified everything and was told my order would be unlocked and shipped to me. Great The next day same email my order is again locked and because of fraud. I called and told the lady I spoke with that I have already verified my information why is it still locked? At this point they needed to escalate my fraud and someone would call me. NO ONE EVER DID. So I called back. I would really like to have my order. After speaking with the third person and being told they can see that I have verified my information but still not being able to help me I said please just cancel my order. Well ma’am we I can only cancel part of your order as the one bed has been sent out to be filled to ship. How is that possible if my order is on hold due to fraud and I am waiting for someone to call me? I don’t know but I can’t cancel it now. Great at least I will get one bed. Three days later I finally get an email that it is preparing to ship out. This has been the longest I have ever had to wait for a package from them. And I won’t receive it according to the tracking for 5 more days. I have no idea what happened but I won’t go this all this hassle again I’ve canceled my orders for the future.

I am not really sure how often these reviews are read BUT I must say chewy.com went above and beyond! My baby boy Dallas ( kitty) passed away on March 1st 2021. He was my mother’s precious baby! He was the perfect lap cat you can ever have. Unfortunately things went south medically. It is such a sad household without him. His poor little brother is sad you can tell animals can sense those things. Anyways my mom got a knock at her front door and it was a delivery of flowers from Chewy.com for the loss of Dallas! I must say they are the most amazing people ever and I will recommend anyone to order from Chewy.com

5 stars aren't enough. We had to put our 16 year old kitty, Shadow down yesterday. We have been a customer for several years. We called to cancel the auto ship and got refunded for the dollar amount of unused food and litter we had left. We will donate it to our local animal shelter. Today they went way over the top and sent a nice bouquet of flowers along with a nice note. A special THANKS to Melissa our customer service person for her personal care at a very difficult time. Totally FIRST CLASS!!! Thank you very much!!!

I wish I could give them 100 stars. My dog was diagnosed with kidney failure so I ordered kidney prescription diet from Chewy. The package came the very next day,but unfortunately we had to put my dog to sleep because he was suffering. I reached out to Chewy to see if I could return the food and get a refund. To my surprise, they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the food and donate it. They also sent me a very kind and compassionate email. Today I received some flowers from Chewy and it really touched my heart. I literally only ordered one thing from this company and they have shown me such kindness and compassion. My pet vet office of 9 years didn't even call us or show any compassion towards us losing our baby. I truly appreciate Chewy and will always recommend them.

I am sorry to hear that you are part of the cancel culture, You do so much good for animals by helping shelters & Villalobos Rescue Center. I buy from you a lot but cannot any longer since you stopped carrying My Pillow products. As a Christian & a patriot, I stand with Mike Lindell. Did you not think that people like me purchased your products? Your company has broken my heart over this. Sad. Their reply to my e-mail is a lie or they would not have banned My Pillow. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry but here at Chewy our focus is pets as well as their health and happiness. We have no political alignment and only wish to focus on what is best for your furry loved ones. We're sorry to see to see go, but we're always here for you if you ever need us in the future.
