Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy is no good stay away I have my dogs food auto shipped every week at first it was great now for the past few months they been charging me double every four days instead of every six so if u don’t want to be robbed stay away.

Ivebeen dealing with chewy for a few years and I have to say from customer service to delivery its been nothing but top notch.being retired from them grocery business after 50 years, its great to see great customer service to talk with and delivery its spot on.ive never waited more then 2days for anything.of course living in florida is am closer.case in point I ordered some items today around 230pm and get email saying it will be here tomorrow.you can't beat that Thanks again Keep up the great work

For the life of me I cannot understand where these negative reviews come from. I haven't used chewy.com a lot but recently I've used it a few times and my order almost always comes the very next day which is amazing all by itself. Yesterday I ordered salt for my saltwater aquarium and I mistakenly ordered the wrong salt. I emailed chewy thinking I was going to end up having to pay return shipping cost and it might not even be worth it to return. But to my surprise, I received an email back a short time later telling me that they have issued a refund and I could just donate the salt to someone who needs it! It was my mistake not theirs but they went out of thier way to fix my mistake!! They have won me over as a customer forever thank you chewy.com...

Prices are nothing special, product arrived with almost every can in five cases all dented and some even split open.Shipping box and packaging were fine, this was not done in transit,it was shipped by Chewy like this.Shop elsewhere

You won't believe this ... today I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from Mariana at Chewy.com and a sweet condolence note about the death of two of my pets in the past month! That is above and beyond thoughtfulness. I have been in a deep depression for the past two weeks, since my last pet died. Today his grave marker came ... and the bouquet soon after. There is a higher power. The reviews are right when they say Chewy hires people who are in tune with their mission of truly caring about our fur family members. Their thoughtfulness is helping me crawl out of this hole of depression. Thank you, Mariana and Chewy.com.

I love Chewy, their products & services are awesome for the prices but this time we had a problem. I ordered a cat door for the door to the garage..its just your run of the mill door..but the screws that came with it weren't NEARLY long enough to install it! Luckily my hub has a ton of tools, screws, nails etc. So he finally found the right size screws but they obviously should've come with the kit. All the other stuff was great..my dogs loved the mini teddy bear toys that even came with extra squeaker for when they tear the others ones out..lol & the deep kitty litter box looks like it'll do the trick because our Siamese cat Sabre "who's still a little feral" loves to kick all the litter out of the box whenever he goes and I'm tired of sweeping it all up..lol. PS Trustpilot asked me to add a pic..so I took a pic of the screws..its not showing..now I think they meant a profile pic..sooo

I recently started using Chewy.com after receiving Feliway as a gift for my two cats who tend to fuss with each other. The product is amazing, no more hissing, my bully cat has settled down and will even allow the other cat to lie near her now. As an aside, I learned how fantastic Chewy.com is, especially during the pandemic. As a busy working person, trips to the store for cat food are not my highest priority, often leaving my picky eaters with dry kibble. I've used Chewy twice, got my over in one day, complete, so well packed that there was no concern of damage or spills, and the price is comparable to Walmart and less than at Publix. You have a new customer here. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

I have recently started to purchase my pet food from Chewy.com. It really is convenient, and good prices! I believe this will be the place where I will get my pet food from. I appreciate the customer service and consideration. Plus, I unexpectedly received flowers from Clara for the loss of my parakeet, Boba. Clara assisted me with my purchase returns. She is considerate and a kind-hearted woman. I love the amazing energy. Thank you Clara and Chewy.com!
