I have only been ordering the last few years and not all the time stuff for my dog Chance but forgot to cancel her autoship after she passed and got a box of supplies at our front door the other day. Not only did Chewy refund me fully saying I could donate the supplies to the local shelter but I got flowers delivered today from them and when reading reviews on line see this is their standard treatment of customers whose pets have passed. Amazing

After the recent loss my cat, I called Chewy to cancel my auto ships. The following day I received roses and a sympathy note. I cannot express in words what that meant to me. Chewy truley cares about their customers.

Chewy is continually out of the products I order. I have not had good luck with them. Decided to go back to getting my pet supplies in the store.

Ordered a small trimmer for fur betweens pads and ordered a joint related soft chew. The trimmer didnt trim the fur. Was extremely loud. The soft chews must have been old or stored wrong because they were hard and must have been spoiled because dogs woukdnt eat them. These dogs love the same soft chew when I buy it from other pet store. Exact same chew. It is my opinion chewy sells at a slight discount because they are selling trash that other store either dont want or dispose of. I had ordered dry dog food once from chewy about 2 years ago and the 25 lb bag was full of maggots. Thought it was just a fluke until this order. I do not recommend Chewy.

I can’t express enough how great Chewy’s customer service is. I’ve rarely had an issue but a couple times needed to return something they go above and beyond to make to happy. I’ll never use any other place to get my pets food, toys, litter ect from!! Very satisfied customer!

Although Chewy was recommended to me I would not recommend it to others. I tried to order dog food and instead of arriving when they said,it took over a week. Now I try to have my dogs prescription sent to Chewy and it is out of stock. Not going here again.

In February my vet put my dog on heart medication, and faxed a prescription to from Chewy's pharmacy. Four days later Chewy canceled the order saying they had not received authorization (the prescription.) My vet assured me authorization was sent the day she saw my dog, and when I contacted Chewy they said, "Oh yes, it has been sitting here for four days, sorry." I got them to expedite the medicine, which duly arrived. Three days ago, my dog saw the vet again who placed my dog on this medication for the rest of her life and faxed through a prescription again. This time, I phoned my order into Chewy and a nice man said he had the authorization and would send out the order. Today, I get an email saying Chewy has canceled the order because they have not received the authorization! (again). I have phoned Chewy and again they have misplaced the authorization and my dog will not receive her medication for at least 10 days, so I have canceled the order and will never use the Chewy pharmacy again. If you have any sense, don't use them, they are very disorganized and your pet could suffer because of their incompetency.
