I've been using chewy for a while now and they are super quick with their shipping and their prices are fair and very comparable to other stores. Most recently we lost our sweet dog Lola and the next day I received my auto shipment of her dog food and naturally this broke my heart. 😓 So on the next day I mustered up the courage to call Chewy to ask them if I can send this package back and to cancel my future auto ships. This very lovely representative, Ashka, assisted me with this. I could barely get through the words to say but as I was speaking with this lovely girl she was just so supportive and so comforting with her words and just talked me through it and she really was just the sweetest and kindest. It was the ease of talking to her as I was crying and trying to speak that really helped me. Lo and behold on Tuesday I receive a package. I open it up and it is the most colorful, beautiful arrangement of roses with a very heartfelt note from Ashka. I can't tell you how much this touched my heart. I just really really appreciated her so much! Way to go chewy on employees like this. It's because of her I felt a little better in that sad moment and that one day I'll be a returning customer!

Chewy poisoned my guinea pig! I bought guinea pig food and they put seeds in the mix! What kind of animal company puts seeds in guinea pig food! Lost my guinea pig because there were oats,seeds,and peanuts in the GUINEA PIG food. They cannot ingest these. They’re toxic!! I no longer trust them. I’ve been a customer for years and now they killed my precious guinea pig :(

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I wanted to return an expensive case of speciality cat food my cat wouldn’t eat. I was concerned they couldn’t do it because it had been over a month since I got the order. But instead of having me return it, they just refunded my money and suggested I donate the food to a shelter!

Chewy was a great company for us for years! Always helpful customer service, great products, good sales, reliable delivery. We lost our fur-baby last week and they were willing to refund the medication I had just ordered and even sent condolence flowers. We will be back when we are ready to make another addition to the family!

Extremely disappointed with Chewy service on medication. I ordered meds on May 28. Vet approved on the same day. Yet, no shipping until JUNE 7. And I had to follow up multiple times to make it happen. My cat lapsed the cycle of antibiotics administration because of that and likely developed resistance. I am still waiting for the meds, cat is leaking blood and screaming of pain. HOW COULD THIS BE SO MESSED UP? Especially on medication part.

I only had one interaction with Chewy.com which was late last year, 2020. It was pleasant. Since then, my dog unfortunately passed away. Once Chewy found that out, they went above and beyond and sent me a beautiful hand-written note along with some flowers directly to my house! It was such a welcomed surprise! It was heart-felt and totally unexpected but came at the right time...lifted my spirits. THANK YOU Chewy, you have a customer for life (if I ever do decide to get another pet) 💕
