I appreciate Chewy.com. My boys and I recently lost our cat and are devastated. The week before her passing, I ordered cat food for her through Chewy.com. On the day she passed her cat food was delivered. I reached out to Chewy.com explained what happened and to ask how I can return the cat food, as I didn't want it to go to waste. They responded to me very quickly. They refunded my money and asked me to donate the food to a shelter near me. The very next day we received flowers from them for the loss of our family member. It touched our hearts so much. Thank you chewy.com!

Chewy is the most amazing company! They have helped me out so many different times. Just recently my dog had an allergy test and the dog food she eats she can't have and they easily refunded me the amount since I have unopened bags left!! (I buy in bulk lol) It was beyond simple and the people who you chat with are always friendly!

I used to get my orders in 1-2 days. The last order was shipped in 5 separate shipments! I ordered on June 12th and have received 3 of the 5 over the last 3 days. The canned cat food that I needed won't arrive until June 18th! I now have to try and find car food in the store. I'm in Georgia and the food is shipping from Arizona. So much for fast 1-2 day shipping.

Overall, I have always been very happy with Chew’s Customer Service. This recent order was an exception. Normally, I can expect to get my dog’s food in 1-2 days this took 6! Plus the fact that it arrived while I was out of town and sat on my porch another 2 1/2 days in 90+ heat. It appears part of the issue was that whoever filled the order did not bother to check and see that i have had a prescription on file, for nearly a year. Also, I do not understand why it was shipped from NJ went to TN., next to AR., finally to TX. It has always been shipped from a location in state previously.

I just ordered from chewy yesterday I got my package today so fast I love that they always on time chewy is the best for animals foods, toys, litter anything for your pet count on chewy👍🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kind of a hot mess. I've used Chewy for years, and sometimes I'm blown away by their customer service and sometimes I'm certain I'll never order from them again. Some orders arrive within 72 hours; others take ten days. NEVER order litter and food at the same time--they throw everything in the same giant box, and not only does the litter crush all the other items because there is no padding or wrapping of any of the items, they don't properly tape the shipping boxes closed. More often than not, the boxes are tossed in front of my apartment door by FedEx torn open and are sometimes completely destroyed. Poor packaging and combining heavy items with lighter ones has been a problem from the very start for Chewy, and they still haven't learned how to do it right. My latest frustrations concern their charitable giving platform. Trying to order something off of a wish list for a charity is nearly impossible, and the support is simply nonexistent. They don't know how to fix anything and contacting them is a waste of time. They kept insisting "it works for us." Well, that's nice, but it doesn't work for me!! Many items won't go into the cart, and the quantity of the ones that will can't be changed. I did manage to place one charity order, but there's no follow-up; I got an order confirmation but that was the end of it. No shipping notification ever came. From now on I'm going to use Amazon or Walmart to send "wish list" gifts.

About two years ago my dog got diagnosed with diabetes and needed an overwhelming amount of supplies to get her healthy and keep her healthy. Chewy was extremely helpful in getting her needles and insulin because they made it very easy to get all the needed supplies to keep my little girl going strong. Unfortunately, last week I had to make a devasting decision and put her down due to several medical issues. Chewy was wonderful and refunded my money for the shipments that were already sent out and I did not need anymore. They recommended to donate the supplies so I had the vet office help me find people who were in need of those supplies and have provided those supplies to them. Today, I had a nice lady show up to my door to deliver me flowers that were from Chewy saying sorry for your loss. I was overwhelmed with emotions and was so grateful to Chewy for this act of compassion. They have been wonderful to work with from the start and anytime I had to call customer service for an issue they were consistently very nice and helpful. I would have to say I do not see this type of customers service anymore. Your entire team is so wonderful and I do not have enough time or words to tell you how much I appreciate you. I highly recommend Chewy because they are top notch.

Chewy use to be so much better to buy from. You were able to order something and receive it the next day. I placed an order on 6/6/21 we are now at 6/14/21 my delivery date has changed like 4 times. Im very annoyed. I won't be shopping here again any time soon.
